Bel accueil mais chambre à propreté douteuse. Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux dans la douche. Autant sur le mur que dans le fond de la douche. Il m'apparait clair que cette salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyé avant mon arrivée.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Every interaction with the team reflected true hospitality — they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The property itself was quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and overall, the hotel offered great value for the experience. I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. While the room was spacious and somewhat adequate. The environment was extremely noisy and full of smoke and drunken guest coming from the bar. I got a code for the door and not a key in card which was very inconvinient to memorize or walk around with a sheet of paper to go in and out of your room. The curtains were dirty and not 100% black out as lights came in through the corners. I left early because I was very uncomfortable ans they reduse to refund me for one night. Very stressful and not peaceful environment. Would not recommend would rather sleep in my car as oppose to staying there ever again. Zero stars.

I had a really good weekend at the hotel — the on-site bar stayed open until 1 a.m., which made for a fun night out without leaving the property. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only hiccup was that the parking lot was under repair, so finding a spot was a bit tricky, but overall it didn’t spoil the stay.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay — the staff were kind and the complimentary shuttle to the airport was a huge help for my early morning flight. My room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was that breakfast didn’t open until 6 a.m., and my flight was at 5, so I couldn’t enjoy it. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

Don't buy into the "remodeled" room photos, my room was not. They were remodeling it but there was a long way to go. The room was clean but the mattress was so old there were deep indents were all the other folks had slept. The hallways were dirty/creepy and seemed more of a long term housing hotel. Continental breakfast was nothing but cereal and processed breads.

Not a place I would stay in again, in fact we nearly turned out when we saw the condition of the entire property. Would have been nice to know, before booking, the hotel is under renovation !! Here is our dislike list. Dirty bed linens on floor floor both sides of hallway leading to our room, decorations on hallway walls looked like freebie barn “artwork “ from the dump along with nails and nail holes where once there was decorations, funky door lock, room with a view….junkers outside the window, bathroom had rusty, mold looking ceiling trim, wall paper peeling and about four tissues in box. No instructions on tv use and no help from desk person (use remote) dah!! Same for A/C. Most uncomfortable bed I have slept on. “Complimentary Breakfast” Hah!! Dried sick looking cereal, brand X packaged tiny muffins and English muffins with what toppings? A few banana & apples and coffee. I stayed here many years ago for a PTA State meeting and it was a nice place. Should have closed down for Reno and during this time takes some classes on hospitality and running a hotel. I am surprised the health department hasn’t been in.

We were kept awake with stomping overhead until 11:15 pm when spouse went to front desk to complain and were told that there was ongoing construction on the floor above us. Minimal items on free breakfast buffet. Everything else as expected from older motel.

Parking lot has many potholes. Railroad ties and mulch are being added to delineate parking areas. Paving and painting lines would be more practical, especially if they plan to plow snow this winter. Room had a few broken or non-functional items, which I noted to housekeeping to report to maintenance. Room was clean and comfortable. Lowest prices in town.

The door to the room needed a seal or gasket. There was daylight around the door visible to the hall way which made the room a bit noisy. The shower head sprayed water everywhere including sideways. The room was clean and comfortable.
