Bel accueil mais chambre à propreté douteuse. Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux dans la douche. Autant sur le mur que dans le fond de la douche. Il m'apparait clair que cette salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyé avant mon arrivée.

Breakfast was terrible! Construction in parking lot was dangerous! Was barely able to understand the front desk staff attempt to speak english. Handicap access to room was walking the entire length of a hall to avoid the stairs!

The receptionist was accommodating and polite. The property outside seemed like it was under some sort of improvement. There were alot of cigarette butts near a side entrance and parking lot could use an update. We didn't stay for the free breakfast as we found a popular place in town we opted for. The bed was very comfortable! The room could benefit from some rugs as the floors were cold. Although it is summer, the AC made the floors cold. Cant imagine how it will be in the winter..

The property is being renovated so this review is being completed under that premise. The room was clean, large and updated, but some of the finish work in the room was subpar. The breakfast bar was not clean and there was very little to eat...no coffee. Someone in the room above us was making a lot of noise until 3:00am and when I told the man at the desk he seemed to know and said he had had previous complaints. The cleaning crew knocked on our door at 8:00am and then tried to enter the room when I did not answer (I was in the shower).

Opened too soon!

The hotel was in a shambles they’re working on everything. The room was nice, but everything was put together half ass. The stopper for the bathroom door fell off. The hanger rack was not attached well to the wall they need to update their TVs. The beds were comfy. the hallways had a lot of stains on carpet The pool was nice but the pool area was a mess overflowing garbages

There were obviously remodeling and under construction. Our room was nice and clean and the Continental breakfast was what was expected. The side doors to go in and and were unlocked so it didn't feel very secure and the parking lot lighting needs some help.

In need of some serious renovations and TLC

Property is run down and outdated. Main entrance was nice but when you leave that area everything was dirty. Stained carpets, unvacuumed floors, dirty walls and trash decorated the halls. Indoor pool was a gem. Trash in the pool, the surrounding area was disgusting. Over flowing trash bins, stains on the carpet. Yes carpet in the pool area. The pool water was a cool refreshing 90° within what felt like a steam room. No ventilation. The room was somewhat clean. Sheer curtains left us with no privacy at night and let all the early sunlight in. The AC unit had one noise level.. jet blast. Which made watching tv almost inaudible. If you turn the AC off the room felt like an oven. The TV had to be actively updated by an employee for 20 minutes as we sat in awkward silence in the room. The beds were lumpy and had very creeky springs. Toilet ran all night adding to the plethora of loud ambient noise. *Shower faucets didn't work* An Employee had to come and man handle the faucet knob almost pulling the pipe out of the wall. Water came on but the shower head didn't work. I was told we could use the shower in the next room over. No discount was entertained. Continental breakfast... more like dry bagels and cereal, old hard boiled eggs and a waffle iron that didn't work. We stayed one night and will never return.
Sheer curtains. I could see in my room from outside if any light was on in the room.

The facility is dated and due for a remodel. My bathtub didnt drai properly. The good was the price of the stay and the staff was friendly. The proximity to the University is a plus for travelers.

I stayed for four nights. There was someone else's trash in the trashcan when I checked in. Housekeeping did not enter my room during my entire stay. I prefer to reuse towels and sheets, but I want the trash emptied and the bed tidied.

Room was dirty reallly dirty. Mold in fridge. Got a sweet for the Jacuzzi alone and it was out of order with all the tools left around it. Dirty shower. Complementary breakfast was nothing more than a bagel and a waffle and cereal. Also no cream cheese for the bagel and no milk for the cereal.Hair in the sheets will not stay there again. And Experian didn’t do anything for us. They didn’t even say sorry

The hotel is under new management and the new owners are very clearly making new improvements and it will be very pleasant place to stay. They were polite and accommodating for my request for some hand towels and a tea bag. The eating area for brunch is in the process of being updated and the Sports bar for dinner was noisey so we went to town and enjoyed a lovely meal.
