Designer marble bathroom with bidet and designer shower, a smaller open terrace. In front of the apartment a beautiful pergola with a bench to the garden.

A park-like garden with 100 years of antique linden and magnolia, as well as fir trees, wild grapes, flowers and ivy complement the garden with granite stone paved barbecue area.
