Have not stayed at a worse place ever. We were only there for 5 minutes and we left. Room was disgusting stains everywhere and very dirty. The smell was terrible. Will not ever book anything here again.

Staff was courteous. Parking lot was bad. Had to drive mounds of snow to park. Room was dirty. My husband had to request to use broom and mop and wipe down room. Handle to tub fell off. Would not honor late check when requested so had pay for another entire night. Ive stayed at this property several times without complaints

Great Staff friendly, room was nice and warm when I arrived, room was clean, bathroom tub was clean. Bathroom, the room was a non smoking and it did not smell like smoke. I enjoyed my stay.

Bed was very uncomfortable !! Room could have been little cleaner. Especially floor. Could tell dog had been there before us. Animal and human hair. Asked them to redo floor and they came in and spot mopped with a dirty mop. We were staying for several weeks, so I went to store and bought my own supplies and cleaned it thoroughly myself. Staff was there daily to take out trash and switch out towels when we needed.
