It is about completely new maisonette, 67 square meters with a private entrance.The apartment has 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 3 Air-conditioners, 2 bathrooms with two showers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a big sofa-bed, smart tv and a laundry machine. As well as a large balcony with a big and comfortable table and a view of the sea. Also there is a second small balcony with a table and access to the yard of the complex. The capacity of every apartment is 4-6 people and the distance from the sea is only 150 m. The location is 18 km (20) mins from Aktion Airport in the area of Preveza called "Kanali". It's a really nice area,quiet, especially for families, full of cafes,restaurants and beach bars!
