It is entirely independent and across the garden from the main residence with a private entry and an ensuite bathroom. The property itself is located on the coastal area of the village of Mitikas with private access to a small, semi-private beach just outside the garden door. Some of Greece's most beautiful beaches, including Monolithi Beach, are only a couple of kilometres away.
