First room toilet didn't work properly, but staff quickly moved us to a different room. It was comfortable. The continental breakfast was pretty good. There is a grocery store next to the hotel.

We had a very late check-in and the staff were set up and ready when we arrived off the ferry from port hardy , the room was clean . The complementary breakfast was good with lots of options.

Hotel staff was friendly. Boil water advisory made all water sources in hotel undrinkable. Only safe water was in lobby which meant brushing teeth or coffee for morning was a trip to lobby. However room was spotless and hotel very accessible to docks and other interesting locations.
