Air Conditioned, upstairs studio unit sleeps 2 people and is furnished with a king bed, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig® coffee machine, flat screen TV with Roku, WiFi, dishes, beach towels and beach chairs and misc beach items. Sandpiper Village is located in the heart of Princeville just steps away from the scenic walking path that runs through Princeville from the entrance to the world class One Hotel. Perfect for a morning walk to the park or shopping center or an afternoon surf session, or evening stroll to watch the sunset.

Small space, but a very nice bed and lots of thoughtful touches — coffee, dishes, beach supplies, and more. The AC worked great both cooling the room and drowning out the sound of roosters. Access to a shared hot tub and pool was a nice bonus as well. Good location with easy access to Princeville and a short drive to beaches (Anini was our favorite). Some other places had additional features like laundry, living room space, kitchen/dishwasher, but this served our needs just fine. We’d stay again!

This rental has everything: two complete sets of snorkel/mask/fins; one large and one small portable cooler, beach chairs & towels, boogie boards and full size surf boards, after sun lotion under the sink, coffee, kitchen gear, fast WIFI, etc. The management is very responsive. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!
