Single family 2-story home with with upstairs living areas and spacious lanai offering great views of the mountains, sunrise, sunset, and rainbows. Furnishings include 1 king bed (upstairs MBDR) a queen bed in the downstairs MBDR, and a queen bed in the other downstairs BDR. Guests can relax in comfort on the lanai, the upstairs and downstairs decks, or in the garden and unfenced yard. 3 and 1/2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower to get the sand off from a day at the beach. Amenities like a completely equipped kitchen with high quality cookware and a smooth glass induction cooktop, espresso maker, gas grill on the lanai, washing machine, WiFi, and AC ensure a convenient stay. Albatross nest on our streets between November through July, including a nest with an egg (soon to be a chick) in our yard. Princeville is handy to Hanalei, the lighthouse and shorebird bird sanctuary, shopping, botanical gardens, golf, hiking, and mountain biking.
