Enter the main floor into the great room which has custom, vaulted wood ceiling, an impressive wall of windows, floor to ceiling stone fireplace, custom lighting, and a beautifully upgraded kitchen (fully stocked for cooking) perfect for entertaining. The main level also offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 3 bay garage that has been converted to a heated game room.

The lower (ground) level has a living area, kitchenette, and the beautiful indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a common space room with a queen bed and a queen size pull out bed as well as 2 full bathrooms to complete the Lower level.

Favorite place

One of my favorite places to visit because of the pool and the enormous house that is far enough from town to give privacy but also close enough that it’s not a huge drive to Walmart (maybe fifteen minutes). The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we need. Second stay and can’t wait to stay again.

Amazing time for everyone!

The place was everything I wanted for my Xmas stay AND MORE! The pics do NOT do it justice! It is Beautiful and Big. I had my whole family of 14 stay and it was very comfortable for ALL of us! We used everything from the pool and hottub to the gameroom!! We will return! Thank you George for accomodating us!

Beautiful retreat

This was a last minute family getaway and I am not disappointed. The property is probably the most breath taking experience you could have. It literally felt like something out of a hallmark movie. We had a large family and NO one felts on top of each other. George does a great job of making sure there is not only plenty of bed space, but also lounging space as well with two living rooms, two kitchens, and couches in other areas like the game room. It made our stay even so much better. When we wanted to be together, we had ample space to do so! When we wanted our space, we had ample amount of places to go to find it! I truly loved this place it was amazing. It’s secluded and far away from others, but it’s still only a quick ten minute drive to super Walmart. Best of both worlds! I can’t wait to go back

The property is well taken care of. Community spaces are large with pool and ping-pong tables AND a full sized pool with jacuzzi with ample space to move around in. Windows allow for lots of light. Two full kitchens and seating areas for smaller group gatherings.

Great house minus pool room

We enjoyed our stay at this home, the beds/bedding were very outdated, if the owners/manager put some money into the property, it would be great. The entire pool room smelled so terrible, like mold/must. The flooring is coming up all over! My kids still enjoyed it but I was not comfortable in there for long periods of time. NEEDS indoor pool update BAD! Among other things.

Fantastic place for extended families

Our granddaughter called it the best house we ever rented because she and her cousin could have their own bedrooms yet be near their parents. The pool was used every day, and our grandson loved going out to search for critters around the house. The kitchen was well stocked, but we took the advice of another reviewer and brought a big pot to cook shellfish, and some pans to stir fry. The owner was very responsive when we ran out of propane needed for the cooktop and to heat the pool, and delivery was made despite the bad weather brought by Hurricane Ida. We found many things to do in the area, including the Illusion Ranch Alapacas and the Colebrookdale Railroad, both highly recommended. It was a wonderful place for our family to be together and we look forward to another opportunity to stay there.

Private Hotel Pool Fun

George was right there for any problems. Hot tub was over shocked. He called pool company immediately. He also sent sweet treats as an apology for the problem. Wonderful home with plenty of room. Comfortable beds for everyone. Let itbe known there is no gas grill. Addition of counter top griddle would help,thankfully we brought ours. A larger pot to be able to cook corn on the cob that is sold just down the street would be great. Other than that this house was enjoyed by all.

Clean, spacious vacation home

This is a very clean and spacious vacation home. The garden is beautiful! There is even a frog pond. The indoor pool is nice so you can swim despite the weather. The wifi worked great. The room darkening curtains allowed us to sleep in. There is a lot of space for a group to spread out or gather together. The property is very clean. The renter responded quickly to questions before and during the visit. We visited French Creek State park which is not far and has nice hiking, boating and picnicking. Enjoy!
