This is a one floor waterfront home with 2 bedrooms and one spacious bathroom.

Main bedroom: This bedroom has tons of storage, a dedicated workspace overlooking the water for your laptop, and a Queen sized bed.

Bedroom 2: The TV is in this room with a trundle bed that makes into two twin beds. There is a bureau for storage and books galore.

Bathroom: Updated walk in shower and plenty of space.

Kitchen: Has a gorgeous stone wall on one end, updated appliances, and plenty of cooking supplies for all of your meals at home.

Living room/Dining room: A huge stone fireplace sets the mood for the room, romance, nostalgia and memories! There is a dining room table facing the water in this open concept space. Walk out to the spacious deck to grill, or sip on your morning coffee.



** Your one small to medium sized dog is welcome with pre-approval, a pet agreement and a pet fee.

There are 2 bicycles in the shed that you are welcome to use at your own risk.

2 single kayaks are available for your use with a water waiver signed in advance. Use at your own risk.



Within a short walk or drive are churches, a library, the Navy base and light house, banks, groceries, antique shops, two ponds for swimming and fishing, and bicycle and kayak rentals. Schoodic Point, a spectacular part of Acadia National Park is only 5 miles from the house as well!

Winter Harbor Ferry to Bar Harbor is 3 miles.

Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park is 35 miles

Ellsworth for Hannafords, Shaws, shopping, restaurants, antiquing is 15 miles
