This beautifully restored building features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim. The home houses five separate short-term rental units with fully updated interiors. Your apartment is on the second floor with shared building access (main door is shared with 1st and 3rd floor apartments).

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, private deck and shared backyard space.

The apartment is located on the second floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st and 3rd floors.



The Neighborhood:

Step outside your apartment on Dean Street and discover one of Providence’s most authentic and flavorful neighborhoods. This area is known for its vibrant atmosphere and hidden gems that locals love. Steps away find yourself at Irregardless for biscuits on the weekend or dine at The Patio on Broadway and enjoy cozy outdoor seating. Federal Hill where there are endless restaurants and live music performances. Just over the bridge, you’ll find Downtown Providence! Getting Around:

If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.



We have free parking available for 1 car only. If you bring 2 cars, you can park the 2nd car on the street during the day, but *may* get ticketed overnight, as overnight parking on the street is for residents only. There are several paid parking lots just a couple minutes away, but getting a ticket, or paying for parking is around the same cost (about $25-$35).



Other Things to Note:

The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. This is a 2nd floor apartment, there are 4 steps to get into the building and an additional staircase to the 2nd floor.



Interaction with Guests:

​​The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use. Cockroaches

Our stay here was a short one. The listing was accurate, check-in was a breeze, and the place seemed clean, but early in the evening on the first night, cockroaches started appearing. Our host responded to our message, but gave no indication that there was any urgency to their response time. We made the decision to end our stay prematurely and ended up staying at a hotel instead. We didn't want to stay in a place that may have even more cockroaches appearing as the night continued. We especially didn't want to have any of them traveling with us in our suitcases by laying eggs. Our host was not willing to provide much by way of a refund for our troubles and VRBO support was not able to provide any resolution for us either.This is likely the last time we'll be staying at a place like this. When it comes to consistency with cleanliness and responsive staff, some VRBO hosts just don't cut it and are clearly looking to make a quick buck. Side Note: There was no indication on the listing that there would be construction happening in the backyard that involved power tools. It made the deck largely unusable. I understand trying to make improvements, but then you need to be honest in the listing about the timing of the stay.

This is a wonderful little apartment in Federal Hill, a very walkable and cool area with great bar & restaurant options. Convenient to downtown Providence also. Clean and convenient, would definitely stay here again.

Loved the area around the Skyline View Apt. Easy walk to The Nitro Bar every morning and only a couple blocks from Federal Hill and great Italian. Loved sitting on the porch and easy parking as well. Hopefully will get to stay again next year.
