Upon arrival, I was informed that my reserved room was no longer available, as it had been given to another guest. The hotel was overbooked, and the front desk staff handled the situation poorly, displaying a rude and dismissive attitude rather than offering a solution or apology. This experience left me feeling frustrated, disappointed, and unwelcome. It’s unfortunate, because my previous stay at this same hotel was exceptional — the service, room quality, and hospitality were all top-notch then. Given this recent experience, I would currently rate my stay 1 out of 5 stars ⭐, as it did not meet even basic expectations for customer service or reservation reliability.

Parking in multi-storey car park was easy to navigate. Check in/out was friendly and efficient - staff went out of their was to help. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Location was fantastic and would stay here again.

Probably the best place we have stayed so far in Providence and we have been in many of the hotels there. The stay was great (hotel, bar and restaurant) except for the area around the hotel- a little sketchy. Lots of police sirens and loud cars late into night and early am. Was nervous walking to dinner one night at a nearby restaurant as there were several people approaching us asking for money. All in all, one of the better places to stay, but just have to be careful in Providence.

The Hotel was gorgeous and the staff was friendly. The location is perfect with lots of great spots within walking distance. We also appreciated the connector to the providence place mall. The only thing we were not impressed with was the breakfast buffet. The food was all cold. Otherwise, it was a fabulous hotel.

The check in was a 20 minute ordeal while the check in staff tried to figire out why the check in computer froze or our credit card was declined Evetually they explained the problemwas solved and the same card was in fact accepte Semed like the check in clerk was new to the job as another clerk came to help her figuire things out Dissapoimted that Sunday morning breakfast not available til 10 AM which we couldnt do since we had to catch an 11 am train Don'think for the price we paid we'll cpome back

Worst hotel stay in recent memory. I will never waste such money on a Motel 6 equivalent facility again. Whether it was getting trapped in the elevator, closing the bar for a private party on a Saturday night, or the multiple bed bug bites, this must be the worst Omni out there.
