Pineapple Villa is a newly renovated 4-bedroom 4-bathroom conveniently located just steps away from Grace Bay Beach - Trip Advisor’s rated ‘#1 Best Beach in the World’. This villa comfortably fits up to 9 guests, with full bathrooms in each bedroom. The main house has a private pool, deck, gazebo and balcony so you can soak up the sun or relax in the shade. Lounge chairs are available by the pool as well as a BBQ.

This villa has a modern open concept layout with access on both sides to balcony & deck. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all necessities (utensils, dishes, pots/pans, etc) as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. The dining area seats 8 - 10. There is a 65" smart TV capable of Netflix, Amazon Prime, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the entire villa.

We are located at one of the best snorkelling spots on the island. Whether you swim in the crystal clear turquoise water, check out the colourful fish a few strokes away or relax on the white sandy beach, you will definitely have a memorable experience. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the villa, through a pathway at the end of the round-about on our street. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, coolers and umbrellas.

Pineapple Villa is also located just minutes away from restaurants such as Mango Reef, Shark Bite, Somewhere Café, the IGA Grocery Store and tourist attraction areas where you can find more restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, ice cream shops, and more. We suggest renting a car to get the full experience and to see the beauty of the whole island.

The hosts are on the lower unit, however with a separate entrance and pathway; and are available in case of any questions or assistance to make your stay more enjoyable.
There are 2 dogs (Bella & Benji) on the property but they stay at the host side where it’s all fenced & they don’t come out nor go inside the swimming pool.
The villa, pool, porch and gazebo are all private.

Unlike many other villas, we do not charge extra for electricity and water but we ask our guest to be considerate of using them.

Wonderful villa!

The villa is just as described! Very clean villa, the 5 A/C work fast and well, 30 sec walk to an amazing beach and 15 min walk to the two main reefs of the island. The villa is very well equipped, the furnitures and appliances are new. Pat and Minoo are very friendly and they are there for you if needed. They live in the basement of the house but are very discreet. They have their own entrance and you don’t see them when you are at the pool or in the house. The only thing is that they have two dogs who are barking at you every times you go outside and can be scary for some people. We are a family of 7 and it was a perfect villa for us, we really appreciated our stay and we recommend the Pineapple Villa to everyone! Thanks again Pat and Minoo â˜ș

The house is better than actually pictured. Fantastic for large families or groups. The amenities are fantastic- better than anywhere else we’ve stayed in years. Best restaurants on the island are close and within walking distance. Beach is super close, and quiet. If you want more action, public beach is less than .3miles and grace bay is 1.5 miles. Parking is plentiful. Renting a car is cheap!

The house was perfect for our family of 8 with comfortable beds, en-suite bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. The pristine beach was only a few steps away and we appreciated the supplied wagon and beach chairs. Pat and Minoo were incredible hosts and we hope to be able to return to their amazing slice of paradise someday!

The Pineapple villa was a great place to stay while vacationing on Providanciales. The place was very spacious for our group consisting of four adults and two toddlers. The villa was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was equipped exceptionally well. The pull area is very nice, though we preferred spending time on the beach. A rental car is highly recommended as it allows to visit different beaches and explore the island. There are a couple of exceptionally good restaurants nearby. Our favorite was Mango Reef

Perfect 3 generation spot

5 stars don't suffice! Pineapple Villa was the best rental we've experienced and perfect for our family (teens to 70)! Better than described. Pat was prompt in answering questions and providing info.15 minute drive to airport and near grocery store and some restaurants.Beautifully appointed villa with large open "great room" with comfortable living room (and large TV we never used!); well equipped kitchenh and water cooler with refill bottles. The dining area seats 10 and was great for evening games at the gorgeous table (cards provided!); The bedrooms are at each corner, with comfortable beds, private bathrooms & plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, body wash, and hair dryer.The large canopied deck has seating for 10 and a quality grill with plenty of gas.Outside on the ground level is a great pool we loved coming home to after the beach and enjoying at night with comfortable seating and lounges, a shaded area and pool toys. The outdoor showers and faucet are perfect to rinse off sand and salt after the beach.And the beach!!!! Easy 2 minute walk to a virtually private part of stunning Grace Bay with beautiful white sand and turquoise water. Chairs, umbrella, snorkel equip and coolers provided with a wagon to bring them! Even saw occasional sting ray and fish.Nice 1 mile walk down the beach (or quick drive) to Coral Gardens snorkel trail and resort for breakfast, lunch or drinks to cool off.Thank you Pat & Minoo - it was perfect!!

Fantastic house for large group

The house was perfect for two adult couples and two groups of kids. Everybody got their own room and bathroom ensuite. The large center area with the kitchen and family room was also excellent for relaxing at night. The pool was great to return to after a day on the beach, where the kids could still play while the adults relaxed.Our only complaint was the beach, while still very nice, was not as nice as the larger Grace Bay Beach area about 10 minutes east. Everyday we loaded up the van and drove over there to that area.

Great House, Great Host

The house has a large central area with 4 master suites on the corners - it's a great setup. The house is nicely finished and furnished with all the modern touches you'd expect. The pool is wonderful and it's only a short walk to the beach (snorkeling and swimming right there). Pat kept the pool clean and the drinking water stocked. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Everything was perfect!

My family and I stayed at the Pineapple Villa for a week, and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect from start to finish.The bedrooms are thoughtfully placed on opposite sides of the villa, each with its own attached bathroom and AC unit. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable—everyone in our group agreed! The common area was spacious and spotless, offering plenty of room to relax. There is a large deck with a table outside and a grill. Lot's of lounge chairs and a canopy for shade. Quiet at night and super private. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the gadgets and utensils we needed for cooking. The pool area was fantastic, and the beach was just a two-minute walk away. Pat and Minoo went above and beyond by providing more than enough beach chairs, a sun tent, floaties for kids and adults, an umbrella and a wagon. There are multiple outside showers which was also very convenient in keeping the house clean and showering off the sand and salt.The beach itself was beyond incredible—the best we’ve ever been to. Stingrays and fish swam alongside us, and there were snorkel goggles available at the house (I’d recommend bringing your own if you have them!!).The villa is a short two-minute drive to great restaurants and a 20-minute walk to other snorkeling spots. The beach was so quiet and peaceful, it felt like it was practically ours.I would highly recommend booking this house! The house and the hosts were A.

Beautiful, very comfortable villa.

We had 4 couples and all had a separate area with en suite. The living area and kitchen are very spacious and there was room for all of us. It really is a two minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to restaurants.Taxis charge 6 per person and when you get one, keep their number on hand.Pat and Minoo were gracious hosts and made themselves available for any questions.

Family Holiday Vacation

The Pineapple Villa was the perfect place for our family. We loved the set-up of the accommodations with four bed/baths and a large common area. The outdoor deck with pergola and pool, quick access to the beach and a short drive to restaurants was great for our great for our group. This villa is centrally located on Provo. Great beach house!

Our stay was awesome. The house has been recently updated, is well maintained and clean, and the pool plus easy access to the beach were amazing. It was nice to be away from the busier parts of the island but still a 10-15 min drive from everything. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of pool/beach floats, chairs, toys and snorkel gear. I do wish the bedrooms were more comfortable, in particular some of the beds were very hard and some of the rooms could use better curtains, as it was difficult to sleep “late” given the sun comes up so early. Otherwise all was as described!

Beautiful Property

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The host was fantastic and the pool was well cared for and sparkling clean. The A/C units all work very well and really only need to be on when you are in the room. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and cooking/cleaning supplies and the rooms had extra towels including beach towels. The only draw back (and this really applies to Provo as a whole) is the lack of organized transportation. The locals do the driving, but there is no Uber or Lyft available and no rates posted. So it costs a lot of money (cash only) to get anywhere on the island. For 4 people to get to downtown from this location will cost anywhere from 40-60 dollars one way.

We had a great time at Pineapple Villa! The accommodations were excellent - very clean, spacious, plenty of room for everyone to have a private room and bathroom! Pat was a great host, very communicative and responsive when we had questions! The location was great - easy to get to Grace Bay, fun beaches and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Birthday Celebration at its BEST!

We came here to celebrate birthdays and we had a WONDERFUL time! The home was as described and very comfortable with all the amenities! Pat is an amazing host and responded to all of our questions and needs super quick! He also made some great recommendations for restaurants and activities throughout our stay! We highly recommend Pineapple Villa! We will be back!🍍

Nothing short of amazing!!

My friends and I had such a lovely time at Pat and Minoo’s property. The house was stunning and clean. The layout of the house is perfect with so much space to congregate together yet also so much privacy. We had a basically private beach so close and they had all of the beach necessities on hand for us. Minoo was super responsive when we had questions and shared great recommendations! No complaints! We enjoyed our trip so much and will be back! Thanks for everything!

Fabulous visit to Grace Bay!

Birthday celebration

This property has an excellent layout with a large kitchen open to dining area and living room space. Perfect for end of day gatherings. The bedrooms are perfectly located at the corner of the main living space providing privacy. Each bedroom is generously sized with in-suites. The decks and pool areas are large and perfectly laid out.

Amazing stay at Pineapple Villa

The property is beautiful, well stocked and incredibly maintained. Communication with the host was practically instant. Highly recommend this property - we hope to return!

Beautiful Property

This VRBO was very clean, well equipped inside and out and perfect for our two families which included 5 teenagers. The 4 bedrooms all had a private bathrooms and beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive with all our questions and needs. The beach was a very short walk from the house and we really enjoyed having the pool too. We would stay here again.
