GARDENIA VILLA is a large one room 1000 square feet 1 bedroom villa located at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas).

Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas) has held the # 1 Spot on Trip Advisor for many years thanks to our unique beautiful villas, friendly staff, idyllic location and unparalleled service. We provide 5 Star service, for a fraction of the cost!

Gardenia Villa is a stand alone villa with a master bedroom, two sleeper sofas in the living room (so will accommodate up to six guests), a full kitchen, private bathroom and fully screened in porch. There is also a lovely deck over looking the canal off the master bedroom.

There is also a beautiful French balcony which overlooks the canal and our lush tropical gardens off the Master Bedroom too. Gardenia Villa is ideal for family's and is great value, making for an ideal choice.

Air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls, daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge.

Gardenia Villa is located amongst tropical, landscaped gardens overlooking the canal and is very close to both our centrally located swimming pools.

There is beach access from the villa, which is just a few steps away to our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean.

Our street is a quiet residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it.

You simply cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean.

Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please.

Sarah and I live on island full time. We're always here to help and answer any questions you may have.

Our on site team will take wonderful care of you, but if for any reason they are unable to help - we're just a phone call away.

We provide you with a local cell phone so you can reach out to us whenever you need, or indeed make local calls to make dinner reservations etc.

We can assist with securing dinner reservations, booking excursions etc.

Our villas are just a short ride away from Providenciales International Airport.

If you decide to hire a car we can provide you with simple driving directions. It will not take more than 10 minutes from leaving the airport to reach our villas. You'll be on the beach in no time!

Alternatively you can catch a taxi from the airport to the villas. We recommend Glorias taxi and you can pre book your transfer with them prior to your arrival. We will provide you all the necessary details upon making are reservation with us.

Turtle Cove is a quiet residential area - with all the amenities of the busier Grace Bay area.

We are located on the western end of Grace Bay Beach - you can walk from our villas all the way through Grace Bay to Leeward. You get the luxury of the most beautiful beach in the world...without any crowds!

Located within walking distance the is the Turtle Cove Marina which is home to many of the water sports providers (we recommend Islands Vibes), a car rental company (Scooter Bobs) and several restaurants (Mango Reef, Sharkbite, The Naughty Gull, Simones, Tiki Hut, Magnolia & More).

Nothing is very far in Providenciales! Its very easy to get around.

Please remember that we drive on the left!

If you need direction to anywhere in particular - just ask, we pretty much know every last inch of the island and can ensure you get to your destination with ease.

Our family just got back from a wonderful week in TCI and the Gardenia villa at GRace Bay Ocean Villas was the perfect home base for us, especially with our five-year-old.The villa itself was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. As parents of a picky eater, having a fully functional kitchen was a lifesaver. We cooked most of our meals in, and we found every pot, pan, and utensil we needed without having to hunt for it.A huge highlight was the dedicated parking spot. Renting a car is a must for exploring the island, but we loved the freedom it gave us. We’d rather have our own cozy villa than be confined to a resort! Grace Bay beach was only a 10-minute drive away, and we discovered the quieter, beautiful Taylor Beach and Sapodilla beach were just as close.Shout out to Luz and her cleaning crew, who came daily. They did an amazing job keeping everything fresh and tidy for us.If you’re looking for a comfortable, self-sufficient spot to explore TCI we highly recommend Villa Gardenia. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We love this VRBO and have stayed here 4 times. Luz is wonderful and everything is so clean. We love the short walk to the private like beach on Grace Bay and we enjoy the low key vibe of Turtle Cove. We will be back soon!

Overall our family enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back. Host was very informative and responsive. Light cleaning done and trash taken out daily which was so nice. House was clean and in a great location on the island. We enjoyed the beach across the street and provided chairs. Only complaint was that the sofa beds in the living room were broken during our stay so we were unable to put one up each day to save space in that area. Helpful suggestions- It would be nice to have another mirror somewhere in the house to do make up or hair while other people are showering. Hooks somewhere to hang dry shower towels would be helpful also.

This place is paradise and a home away from home. It is very cozy and clean. They try to think of everything you will need and have it provided for you. The house keeping Luz is amazing and always ready to help. As well as the property manager Chris. It’s very nice to be able to ask for recommendations/help from a real person that you can trust. I absolutely do recommend staying here. The whole property is beautiful. Especially the private beach.

First visit to the island for business. Choose the property based on price and location. I was comfortable, had everything I needed. The beach access was easy, just across the street, and a 5-minute walk to the Marina.The private beach area was pristine, and my favorite part.

We were very pleased with our stay. Property, while dated, was maintained very well and clean. The property grounds were also maintained very well with daily cleanups every morning. The staff was wonderful. It was was peaceful setting with private access to the beach and the canal. Walking distance to few great restaurants and less then 10 minute drive to the grocery store. Beach was quiet and beautiful and snorkeling was few minutes walk away. There were plenty of chairs available when we were there as well. Overall it was a nice stay and we would stay there again.

Great quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villas are tucked into a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful beach. There always was ample chairs and umbrellas available. We could walk a short distance and snorkel at Smith Reef where we saw sea turtles! Great neighborhood restaurants within walking distance and many charters pick up at the marina within walking distance. Staff at the property were very friendly and do a nice job keeping up this property.

Great Location

We truly liked the location of the Villa at the end of West Grace Bay. It was very relaxed and not at all crowded.The private beach access was wonderful and there were plenty of sun loungers, (not as many umbrellas and tables though!) The Gardenia Villa is surrounded by lush gardens. The grounds are very well taken care for. Luz and her team cleaned our villa every day, which was wonderfu! A big thank you to her and her team. Overall, the outside of the villa was very quiet and peaceful.The Gardenia villa itself however lacked a few things...The master bedroom mattress was very squeaky! Every movement was making (very) loud noises. Even just a turn on the mattress. It was the same with the master bedroom door and the bathroom door. Every time we opened or closed the doors, there was a very loud squeaky sound. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and one sofa bed had a broken arm rest. The kitchen was very dated:No matching plates, cutlery or glassware.The fridge/ freezer was leaking constantly water on to the floor.Overall, a nice stay. We enjoyed it. It would be such an easy (and cheap) fix to make this rental better or even great.A review before mentioned the squeaky doors and mattresses and apparently nothing was done...

Very nice week at Grace Bay villa

We enjoyed our week at the Gardenia Villa. While the check in wasn’t the smoothest, we were well taken care of by the on site staff. The beach was beautiful and we made good use of the BBQ. There is also great food and coffee just a five minute walk away!One disappointment was the “canal view” which we did feel was overstated (a tiny section of water is visible between the foliage), although we loved sitting on the terrace nonetheless.Would recommend staying at this villa while in TCI!

The property manager rushed us on the way out on check out. We were moving as fast as we could and she rushed us. Bombarded into the house to start cleaning while all my clothes and items were still inside and was only 11:05. Checkout was at 11!! I did not like that! She also turned off the blow dryer that i was using to dry my wet swimsuit before i packed it up in my suitcase

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villas at Grace Bay. Everything was as advertised and the on-site attendant, Luze, was amazing. She was responsive, charismatic and very helpful. Although we did rent a car to see other beaches, our "private" beach was rarely crowded, picturesque, and provided relaxing time both in and out of the water. We felt secluded, safe and in our own private paradise. We rarely ran into the other groups that rented the other villas, but when we did everyone was good spirited. We highly recommend this rental for a couple or even a small family of 3-4. Paul and Carey

Wonderful day in Turtle Cove!

We very much enjoyed our 9-day stay! Very quick 5-minute walk to the beach, w/ dedicated beach chairs and umbrellas, though we ended up driving up the coast to Grace Bay (public access area next to the Sands resort) for most of our beach days because we preferred the calmer water there. It would've been wonderful (and saved us $) if they'd had portable beach chairs/umbrella/wagon for exploring the other beaches. Luce, the head housekeeper, was warm, friendly & very helpful. We appreciated the daily swap of towels and taking out of trash. The cleaning crew wiped down the kitchen and made our bed everyday, which was above & beyond. We ate breakfast almost everyday on the screened in porch. We were there for our honeymoon and they surprised us with a cute towel-swan arrangement on the bed with a bottle prosecco - very nice touch! Unfortunately, the bed itself was terrible - it was shored up underneath with two-by-fours which made it so loud that we were afraid turning over would wake the other person. The property is beautiful w lots of flowering shrubs and trees, two pools, and a crew maintaining it all daily. The provided cooler was handy & we enjoyed the upstairs porch. It took 20 minutes to get to either end of the island from Turtle Cove. We enjoyed dinner at the nearby Hideaway Grill & Chill and The Marine Room. Check out Facebook Groups for helpful communities that share their tips & experiences in Turks and Caicos - super valuable.

Relaxing quaint bungalow

House is just as pictured. You are on the canal and they do provide kayaks which is nice. It is a spacious unit but I would not put 6 people in here. One of the couches was broken and the one that did work was very uncomfortable per my son. The only TV in the living room looks to have had a rough life. There isn't a washer and dryer in the unit. The laundry is located under the house for housekeeping. Make sure you read the warning about creepy crawlies they will come out and eat your left overs. The beach is across the street you can't see it like the pictures insinuate. The grounds are beautiful with all the foliage. Id only recommend this location for couples or a family with small children.

Couples Getaway

Luze was waiting for us when we arrived. She walked us through the property and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in Gardenia and it was identical to the photos and more than we could ask for. The beach is so close and was so nice to have chairs set up and available every day. The place is beautiful and lush with trees and other flowers. It’s is a bit off the beaten path, but there are a couple restaurants and bars close by. The neighborhood itself is not in the best part of town but we felt completely safe on the property. You will absolutely need a car unless you never plan to leave the complex. The screened in porch was awesome, but I would highly recommend a ceiling fan (or two) out there! And the bathroom gets uncomfortably hot and humid. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a laid back relaxing vacation.

This villa was perfect for my husband and I during our week long stay. It had everything we needed and was in a perfect spot. Short walk to the beach and we were the only ones there. The pool was nice each afternoon. I would recommend renting a car if you stay here. I would highly recommend this villa!
