Exceptional Location!
Sleeps 1-4 guests ( extra for additional guests) . Perfect for a couple vacation , a small group of friends or family.
We are located in the heart of grace Grace Bay , within walking distance to the famous Grace Bay Beach ( around 15 minutes walk, 2 minutes drive to the beach and main attractions ( Supermarket, shopping stores & restaurants )
You will be renting your private side of the Villa duplex. You will have your private dining screened porch. The only shared space is the pool deck area , where you will have your own lounging chairs , BBQ and table.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with attached bathroom.
The beds are Queen size , there is AC in each bedroom and 1 in the leaving room. Washer & dryer as well as Dishwasher.
We will provide you with -
Beach towels, beach chairs, & a cooler .
Security is important for our guest and so our property is fully fenced with entry gate.
We have security camera in front of the house in parking lot area & light sensors detector.

Tellement décevant...

Contrairement Ă  l'annonce qui mentionne un "quartier calme", des travaux extĂ©rieurs de construction dĂ©marrent chaque matin Ă  7 heures (marteaux piqueurs, disqueuses, ouvriers...) nous empĂȘchant de dormir, de profiter de la piscine (les ouvriers ont vu sur la piscine) et de l'amĂ©nagement extĂ©rieur toute la journĂ©e, impossible d'ouvrir une fenĂȘtre... L'hote est au courant de ces travaux mais ne mentionne ca nulle part, et nous avons tentĂ© d'engager une entente a l'amiable avec elle, en vain... La construction est un immeuble de trois Ă©tages, et ce n'est que le dĂ©but, Nous espĂ©rons que les prochains visiteurs seront au minimum avisĂ©s.

Lovely and peaceful!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Fleur de Mer Villa. The unit had everything we needed and it was cool, comfortable and clean. It's in a safe and very quiet neighborhood and we loved the fact that we could walk to our favorite restaurants (Coco Bistro and Caicos Cafe). Beautiful beaches are just a short drive away and we were able to visit several - with parking never being an issue. I highly recommend this Villa!

Great home base in paradise

Perfect size for 2 couples to share for a week as a home base to explore the amazing island. Kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans we could need for preparing meals and both the grill and oven worked great. Bedrooms were good size, although adding a door to bathroom on one with a curtain would be a huge improvement. Pool was inviting but a bit too chilly in winter, but we loved the screened in dining. I room/porch to eat, play games, and relax. Location was great to park rental car and easily get everywhere in Provo. Only real downside was a lack of lighting in kitchen area aa overhead lighting was not sufficient and even stovetop light didn’t work. Besides that, it was everything we needed and stress free.

Perfect location!

Fay was incredibly helpful and responsive. Very easy check in and check out. The unit is located in prime location in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The linens were quite worn and many surfaces weren't clean (even though the cleaner arrived right before our arrival). But otherwise the appliances and wifi were great! Comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Grace Bay!

Lovely, safe, great location

Stayed here for seven days for a girl's trip. Two moms and two adult daughters. Fluer de mer villa mer was the perfect accommodation for us. We could walk into town or to the beach in about seven minutes. Clean and safe.with everything you need for a great trip! Fay was very sweet!

Not like the pictures at all- AC didn’t work

We had to relocate because the AC wasn’t working and the owner sent out a technician the following day. It was in the high 90s outside and even worse inside. The property is also a shared space not the whole house. The pool or indoor wasn’t cleaned. The owner made everything very difficult.

Fantastic house, fantastic host!

Fay is an incredible host, very personable and easy to talk to! The few questions we had were answered immediately. She truly cares that you enjoy this house and your stay. The house is so convenient to several close parking areas for Grace Bay (3-5 minutes, door to beach). We will stay here again when we go back to TCI.

The accommodations were perfect. The location was quiet, safe and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and beach. The pool and property were nicely maintained. The property manager Fay was attentive and quick to help in anyway she could.

Perfect property!

This was my first visit to provo and my first time using Vrbo, after some of the nightmare stories you read online I was a little nervous the listing wouldn’t live up to the online photos/write up - I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Fay is the perfect host, even after a mix up (on my part) about an early check-in, it was very quickly sorted. The property is immaculate and is in the perfect location, being only a 10 minute walk to beach access and also a 10-15 minute walk to the main grace bay strip. We spent long days out and about seeing everything there was to see in provo and it was great to be able to come back to the villa and have a dip in the pool to cool down! Fay was also great and very accommodating with us having a late check-out due to an evening flight on departure. 100% would recommend this place to everyone!

Great spot!

We’ve stayed in a few different places in TCI over the years but didn’t rent a car this time - the Josy Villa worked out perfectly! Short walk to everything ( although we did hire a cab once for a large load of groceries) including the beach. Check-in was easy, beds were comfy, lots of towels for shower and beach and the pool was a perfect temp. We were there for two weeks and encountered three different groups of tenants in the other side and would have never known except for saying hi in passing outside. Very quiet and quite private. Thank you Fay and we hope to be back again soon!

The property was safe and enjoyable for our family of 5. Two people to each bedroom and our college aged son on the living room pullout. We appreciated having a kitchen to eat meals in and splurged in the evenings for dinner out. Loved our 4 hour eco-kayak tour with Big Blue Collection. We were glad to rent an SUV car ($1,000 through Hertz for the week) to explore the island. Fay was responsive, welcoming and personable at check in and check out and dropped off a 5th towel and pillow for our 5th family member. The island is expensive but this centrally located rental is a great value and made it possible for our family to enjoy this island getaway during peak season.

Our stay was great at Fay. Walking distance from the beach. The place was easy to find and the instructions from the airport was on point.
