We love this property, and agree with our guests - The "Grandview on Grace Bay" is the find on the island. Perfect getaway.

The "Grandview" is an all beach front resort located directly on Grace Bay Beach, and is one of the most beautifully placed properties on the island. With only 18 fully air conditioned private resident suites (perfectly suitable for couples or families), you have an intimate feel, aren't overwhelmed by the crowds, and are located near all conveniences. When staying with us, you are on Grace Bay Beach - not close, not just a partial view, but directly on the beach - a perfect spot for relaxation!

This wonderfully decorated suite boasts views of Grace Bay Beach, and is located within a wonderfully convenient location. Enjoy the turquoise waters and soothing waves as you relax in our beach chairs. You are truly within a magnificent location on Grace Bay.

This 2 bedroom condo has approximately 1900 square feet; so you have room to expand. The master suite includes a king bed and a master bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also includes a king bed, so you have more than ample room. Just in case, there is a trundle bed located in a small alcove in the main area. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops will also meet your every need for that perfect get together. Hang out and enjoy - but chances are you will be at the beach.

The property includes the designer pool and hot tub, dedicated WiFi, bath house, on-site gym - and within walking distance to gourmet restaurants, high end super market, boutique shopping, and conveniently close to golf and casino. Beach chairs are located at the pool and beach for your convenience, and placed out for you each day.

Our island coordinator will assist with you Holiday, and we provide the insight and attention you deserve. Our goal is for you to be happy, to relax, d-stress and enjoy! Our Island Coordinator is also your concierge, and can arrange excursions and day trips at your convenience.

Incredible stay

We all loved our stay. The unit is clean, well stocked and probably even nicer in person than pictured. The convenience of being steps to the pool and beach was key for us. We wanted a beach vacation where we could show up and be ready to go and this was it. We will definitely be back! We did end up renting a car and we are glad we did so we could grocery shop and explore the island a bit. Definitely could have survived without.Don't hesitate to book this one - its definitely a 5 star property.

Incredible vacation

This condo was the perfect place for our family to stay for our spring break trip. The kids loved being on the ground floor and able to go back and forth to the beach and pool so easily. We walked to dinner every night and loved the options. The home was well stocked with everything we could want- towels, sand toys, inflatables, aloe(!!). Thank you for an incredible family week.

Great location! Grace bay is beautiful! First floor condo was perfect for walking directly to the beach! Regina, the manager was lovely. Only negative was that the building was very full with loud guests and children. Unfortunately Turks and Caicos has been discovered, and it is no longer the quiet peaceful island it was in years past.

Family trip

This condo is located in the heart of the most desired part of Grace Bay. The owners have thought of everything to meet your needs. The outside grill was very handy if you just wanted to stay around the pool and beach area. The trundle bed was perfect for the kids. We really enjoyed the three LLBean bags. They were perfect for taking our snorkeling gear on outings. This condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry supplies and beach/pool items. This was one of the best places I have every stayed in.

Charles and his team were sos so helpful and beyond professional. The property was one of the nicest and well appointed properties we’ve stayed at over the past 12 years. This property is loaded with anything you may need. It shows that the property owner uses their unit and truly cares. Great condo , onsite manager terrific !

A little far for some restaurants, so listen and rent a car 1/2 days . Gorgeous wide sandy beaches . Some restaurants walkable . Condo has everything you need, amenities of home trully! Beautiful place

This is a wonderful condo on the most beautiful beach in the world. The condo is even better than the photos and fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Regina and Charles were so helpful and wonderful to work with. Both bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. A fantastic value for this home away from home. A minor point is that the unit doesn’t have a bathtub anymore in case you plan to visit with small children.

Truly Paradise

Couldn’t say enough good about the property, the island, and the service we received. The property is exactly as advertised and is perfect for a family of up to 6. Walking distance to a gorgeous crystal clear beach and also walking distance to many restaurants. Would suggest renting a car, we did and didn’t regret it, seeing the entire island made the trip that much better. Charles and Regina are an amazing team and provide great service! Charles was responsive and provided a tremendous amount if information in advance of our trip. Once we arrived, Regina was there to greet us with a warm smile and provided us a full overview and answered all our questions. She also was available by phone for anything we needed or wanted to ask during our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place to enjoy paradise!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at 105 Grandview! This was our first time to TCI so we had no idea what we were getting into as far as accommodations or area. Charles was so easy to work with answered my questions so quickly when booking and kept in communication with us right until we checked in. The condo was perfect for our family. We have 3 teens so we wanted a space where we could spread out and relax when we came in from the beach. While we love eating out, we loved having the full kitchen where we could enjoy breakfast on the patio in our pj's or grill out for dinner after a long day exploring TCI. This was the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. We definitely overpacked things that the owners so thoughtfully had already provided like bug sprays,snorkel gear, basic first aid things. The kitchen was so well equipped as well and we had everything we needed to prep and cook. And I can't say enough about Regina - she's the sweetest person in the world. She made us feel welcome weeks before our trip by checking in to see what she could help us with. She helped get us reservations at Coco Bistro, tons of pointers around the island and checked in with us regularly. She's an absolute doll! We will definitely be back and can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Paradise on the perfect beach!

Beautiful place in paradise! The property was beautiful and well equipped. The owner was very quick to get back to me on all my questions! You could never get a better location! This was our third time to go to Turks and I will continue to go and stay here! On the first floor which made beach and pool access so awesome! The master bed was also very comfy!

Family Vacation

Great place to visit for a relaxing vacation. Property was well maintained, in a great location. Walk out the door to the beach and spend the day or walk out to be picked up by excursions. Recommend the Caicos Dream Tour all day boating. Check out was much earlier than flight and tried for 2 days to reach the property manager with no response. If you need a late check out work with Charles before you arrive. Regina is super nice but does not return text, calls or emails.

Grandview on Grace Bay was pretty much perfect! Charles and Regina were great hosts.

Lovely ground floor condo ideal for walking out to the pool and beach. The beach was beautiful, beach chairs and umbrellas always available. The end of April was a perfect time to visit. Oldish couples and young families. Restaurants and grocery close by. We didn’t have a bad meal. Fun snorkeling adventures near. Hope to come back, soon!

We had the most amazing stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and fully stocked. The first-floor access to the pool and beach was perfect. We loved that we didn't need to fight over beach chairs and that they were set up for the residents daily. We were fortunate to stay at the property Dec 13 - 20, 2022. Often times pictures make a property look better than it actually ii is. Not in this case. If anything the pictures don't capture the the overall ambience of the property. Everything about our stay was first-rate from our initial contact with Charles, through check-in, our stay and finally, sadly, checkout. The property concierge, Regina, was the best! From her warm welcome, answering our questions and giving honest recommendations to a final private note we shared after our departure. It had been 9 years since we lat visited Provo and to say the island had changed, is an understatement. Grace Bay has been overdeveloped to the extent that oceanfront properties with clear views have diminished. Fortuantely the Grandview at Grace Bay is a small 18-unit property with direct access to the beach and outstanding views. The unit we stayed at was at ground level and had the benefit of direct pool access as well as beach access.. We would stay here again in a heart beat and look forward to our next visit!

Totally perfect

Everything about this unit was great. Great location, plenty of space, lots of extras that were helpful like many towels, drying hooks, extra pillows and blankets, kitchen was well stocked. The Grandview is fantastic, not too big. Unit was way better and bigger in person than it looked in photos.
