The best thing about this place is the staff. They are kind, helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful time. The pool, the food and the beach were amazing. Thank you, Ports of Call Staff!

As you did not explain reasons for your low rating I can not respond. Fortunately as you can see, the majority of our guests give us a very high rating. Perhaps you could email me at the reservations email on our website and explain your concerns so they can be addressed.

We had a wonderful stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. Offerings of eggs, fruit, cereal, bacon, coffee, juices, rotated during the week. Perfect way to start the morning. My husband used the fitness room every morning while I preferred a long walk past the shops along other resorts to begin the day. The staff was kind, attentive, and friendly. We enjoyed stand up paddleboarding and kayaking provided by POC staff at the beach. Fluffy beach towels were provided too. Taiwayne the manager led a fun Tuesday evening trivia, which was a nice way to meet fellow POC visitors! Watson assisted all with tuning in the Super bowl on our Youtube TV that is in the room. There are games and books available. Another favorite was the outdoor ping pong table & pool table by the pool. Bernard, Andrea and other staff were great! Location is perfect - walk to grocery store and plenty of restaurants. We walked to/from the Thursday Island Fish Fry (about 25 min for those used to walking). Great decision for us to book with POC!

We checked out at 11A but stored our luggage, were given towels and spent a few hours at the POC section of the beach which was a very easy walk on a very nice section of the beach. We didn't use it but were told they set a side a room in which one can shower and change before leaving for the airport.

Overall the property is nice just a bit dated but the staff is amazing especially Bernard.

Thank you for the nice rating. While we do update yearly (new breakfast area and new furniture in half our rooms this past year) we are planning another major renovation this fall, but still hope to retain the low key, old style Caribbean feel that our guests love.

The only thing I was not a fan of the property was the lack of hot/warm water. The water in this island gets pretty chilly due to the breezy and chilly nights, so management should invest in a better water heating system.
