Oceanfront 2 Bedroom Villa on Grace Bay in Villa Renaissance-Updated!!

This beautifully appointed 2nd floor suite is in Villa Renaissance, one of the prime resorts on stunning Grace Bay beach. The suite is directly on Grace Bay, you are steps from the beach! The 16 foot sliding glass doors separate the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area from the large balcony. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs and chaise lounges. Enjoy dining outside, read and relax on the chaise lounges or sip a glass of wine while listening to the gentle lap of the waves rolling in. It is the perfect place to relax.

The well equipped gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops with a composite granite sink and custom made cabinets. Everything is in place for you to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal.

There are Italian marble tiles throughout, quartz countertops, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and safe.

The large master bedroom contains a king sized bed with luxury linens, his and her closets, black out drapes, and overlooks the pool. A window opens to the atrium for a view of the ocean. The en suite master bathroom has a large tub, a separate travertine shower, and double vanity with a spa range of amenities provided.

The large second bedroom has twin beds with luxury linens. The twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request. There is an en suite bathroom with a travertine shower and vanity with drawers. This room also overlooks the pool and has a small balcony.

Other amenities include a large flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Both bedrooms have cable TVs. Daily maid service is provided.

The resort has a large mosaic tile pool, a lighted tennis court, fitness center, chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool and on the beach. In room spa services available upon request.

At the end of the drive to Villa Renaissance is the Regent Village and the Salt Mills Plaza. Both offer a variety of shopping and dining options. Many of Provo's best restaurants are within walking distance. A short 10 minute walk from the resort is Garceway Gourmet supermarket, which offers a great selection of items, including freshly baked goods and prepared meals.

Grace Bay beach is one of the finest in the world. It is a beach lover's dream with 12 miles of pristine, white sand just waiting for you to walk, run, or slowly explore.

We had another great vacation at Grace Bay. The unit was very comfortable, and the staff were their usual accommodating selves.The weather was a bit iffy for a couple of days, but being able to sit by the pool on the windy days makes this property so attractive.Of note, our host Christine went above and beyond in making sure everything was attended to.We are scheduled to return again next year!

We had an excellent stay with friends here. The unit is newly remodeled and clearly shows improvement over other units in the building. It is bright and light filled and wonderfully equipped. The communication prior to our stay and while there were excellent. We had one minor issue that was quickly fixed once they were notified. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property. This was our second time after staying at the Ritz for our first trip. Location in Grace Bay is perfect. Unit was very nice with daily service. When we return to Turks again in the future this will absolutely be the first spot we check for availability.

Our stay in this villa was everything we expected and so much more. The upgrades were incredibly tasteful and we had everything we needed to move right in for a week. The location was perfect and we made fast friends with the neighbors. Looking forward to coming back again!

Best Beach Getaway EVER!!

We loved our stay at Villa Renaissance! The condo itself was spotless and the layout fit our family’s needs perfectly. The condo is perfectly situated on Grace Bay- an insanely short walk, actually to the most gorgeous beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Our family split our time between the beach and the pool. We loved how kid friendly the pool is- and met lots of other great families! The condos are right in the heart of tons of great restaurants and shops. We highly recommend staying at Villa Renaissance!

Wonderful Stay

We just got back from 4 nights at Villa Renaissance and cannot say enough good things! The place is immaculate. Although it is listed as a condo it still has many of the amenities of a hotel with daily turndown service, an attendant at the beach to assist you, and a restaurant on site. It is very centrally located so you can walk to many of the restaurants. We rented a car to have the flexibility to explore new places, which we enjoyed. We would absolutely be back!!

Perfect Condo in a Perfect Location

We stayed at this condo for a week and loved it! It was so clean, comfortable, and the best location. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Our balcony looked right out on the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. The beach was never crowded and we had no issue getting beach loungers. Anytime we were at the pool there were only a few people out there, so again, no issues getting a lounger. The beach area at Villa Renaissance was wider than some of the other resort areas we walked by, and also less crowded. VR was a block from a shopping area with some nice restaurants. We rented a car, but could have easily done without one as there were enough restaurants within walking distance. When we come back to Turks & Caicos we will definitely stay at this condo again!!

We keep coming back

This was our second visit to the Villa Renaissance and we’ve already booked to come back again next year. Property is clean, well furnished, comfortable and perfect for a family. The two twin beds were perfect for the kids. Condo like furnishings - resort like amenities. And you can’t beat the view!

Amazing stay in Grace Bay

This villa was absolutely perfect for our family. Comes with everything you would need for a beach vacation. 2 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is so great for a family. 2nd bedroom has 2 beds and it's own attached bathroom. The view from the family room/kitchen area is amazing. Food can be expensive in Turks so it was great to load up on some groceries and cook breakfast each morning in the villa. We loved having netflix available to us as we had several family movie nights after going to dinner out. Villa Renaissance is tremendous. The beach area is so beautiful and you never have to worry about finding chairs either at the beach or the pool. We also loved the hot tub and made great use of it. So many great restaurants within short walking distance. We didn't rent a car and didn't feel like we were missing anything. We did one excursion where we saw most of the island but loved Grace Bay the best by far. Our kids insisted on Island scoops every night for ice cream and we also spent one morning walking a puppy from Potcake Place and I highly recommend it. We just loved our trip and this villa so much and are already talking about how soon we can return

We just returned from our fourth stay at this property and unit. We absolutely love coming back to this location, which is absolutely paradise. The property is well maintained and the unit is immaculate. It has everything that we could ask for and more. The host is amazing and so responsive. I enjoy hearing her recommendations about things to do and places to eat. The property is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants, shops, and a grocery store which makes it very convenient. We have already booked out next two stays at this unit and can't wait to get back to paradise!
