We are really sorry the experience was not what this guess was expecting, and that she though we were unsympathetic. This guest called us when she was on the road trying to find the property, and she was very very angry, she started to immediately scream at us, saying she never received instructions how to get to the property, at all. She did not say that she had them but that they were unclear. We politely told her the instructions are automatically sent to all guests when they book, and can be downloaded from this site once she has a fully paid booking. The instructions are also a full page, they provide detailed street by street description of when the driver must turn and how to get to the property, a photograph of the front entrance, the property number, as well as the GPS coordinates (which alone is sufficient to find the property). There is also only one property on the street and there is a big sign with the property name at the entrance. Although 98% of guests find the property, we absolutely understand that driving in a foreign country can be very challenging for some. We found out where the guest was, and then over the phone, we patiently directed her how to et to the property. Once she got there she then started complaining that there was nowhere for her to park near the unit she had booked. She again insisted she was right and there was none. Again, very politely, we explained to that there was sufficient space outside the unit to park, and that hundreds of guests have done so. In terms of cleanliness the property was inspected by a supervisor before check in, an no cleaning issues were reported. We don't have any reports of ac issues during the guest's stay, but the ac system was recently changed, it is state of the art, and it is serviced every few months. We are not sure what the guest's reference about the ac is to, but the AC has certain smart features that prevent prevent the motor from being overheated and damaged, eg if windows and doors are left open and the ac is cranked down very low it shuts itself off after a while to prevent overheating and engine damage. We don't have a report of the ac leaking water during this guest's stay, but the water is designed to be discharged outside. We spray regularly, and we don't have an ants problem, but if food is left out long enough, in the summer they will eventually appear. We leave bug spray in every unit for guest's use, as the numbers also increase when it rains.
