We had a great stay with 5 people in this 3 bedroom condo. The kitchen is awesome and has lots of dishes and glasses. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was great to freshen up towels as needed. The view is fantastic and access to the beach is easy. We rented a car to get aroubd to activites, buy groceries and enjoy a few dinners out is beautiful Grace Bay.

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in TCI. The condo was in a great location and we enjoyed being on the beach and relaxing in the beautiful water. Our teenagers liked having their own space to chill in and we had amazing fishing adventure.

the condo was very nice and comfortable. We were six adults, for the future I think you need to supply more towels for the beach and showers. If you replace the ripped couch on the terrace, I think the condo would show nicely. We had a great 5 days!

Six adults and two children enjoyed seven amazing days at Blu2 on the beach!! The penthouse had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. Caroline was responsive to our every need. The penthouse was very clean; moreover, review were unable, We highly recommend Blu2!!

Perfectly situated right on the beach

The condo is perfectly situated on the widest stretch of Grace Bay beach, walking distance (either down the beach or on the road) to everything. Condo is clean and well stocked. 3 bedrooms are separated from each other which was perfect for our all-adult family vacation. 5th stay on Grace Bay beach but first at this condo--we will be back.

Incredible stay

10/10 Our second time staying at this incredible property!! The condo is immaculate and had everything we needed. Beautiful pool and steps away from beautiful quiet beach. Nice gym downstairs. Garage full of bikes and beach “toys”. If any questions owner Caroline answers right away. We definitely will be returning!!

Amazing and peaceful

We have been to the island several times and this is the first time staying in the Grace Bay Area and I have to say we will be staying there from now on. The house was clean and amazing, the views from the living area and bedroom were breathtaking
 you do not need to leave this property to get to the beach, walk outside the doors and right to the beach you go. A private beach at that. The water was so calm
 the house had everything you needed! I will def be going back!

We ended up arriving a day late due to air plane issues. We walked into a dirty and smelly condo to our surprise, since we were a day later than expected. I did contact the owner and she was very quick to answer. She did apologize and did everything to make up for this issue. She had someone there within minutes to clean the property. Once it was cleaned it was the beautiful modern condo as advertised on a spectacular beach and the views were amazing. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Caroline

We loved the property. It had everything we needed. Enjoyed access to bikes, kayak and SUPs. Grace Bay is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to. Carolyn was so responsive to all of our questions and helped us find a driving service to get around the island. I would highly recommend the Grandview and would stay there again.

PERFECTION!

Stunning accommodations! Very quiet and private; great location! Caroline and her family are so kind and hospitable! They make you feel welcome and comfortable. A couple of our favorite restaurants were Caribbean Element, CoCo Bistro and Magnolia Restaurant. Good American style breakfast next door at Pelican's.

The property is in a fantastic location on Grace Bay. Ideal if you are someone who does not have plans to rent a car. All excursions we did involved picking our party up right on the beach in front of the condo. The walk to the beach was a short one on the boardwalk by the pool. The owner Caroline responded in record time every time we had a question. The views from the balcony of condo were canvas worthy. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Condo was a great size for our group of 5. Plenty of room for a few more people. House was equipped with utensils and pots and pans. I would definitely stay at this location again. 5/5 stars

FANTASTIC!

I was unsure when I decided to go with VRBO for our TCI trip, but we were over the moon!! We went ahead and worked with their concierge, Adeline, and she booked us for everything!! She was awesome with great response time and the activities we did based on her suggestions were family favorites! The airport pickup company was on time and we ended up utilizing Karly the entire trip to get us around the island. The unit itself was impeccable! The entire family had plenty of room to spread out and yet played cards every night together. Nothing wasn’t working, which was a huge! Plenty of dishware, beds were comfy, bathrooms were spotless along with washer/dryer that worked so fast!! Would definitely stay again! Oh don’t miss the hidden treasure in the garage: bikes, paddle boards & a kayak! Couldn’t have asked for anything more!!! Owners were amazing too. Definitely went above and beyond for us!! Thank you so very much Caroline & Stan!!
