Cute boutique hotel, clean and grounds were pretty very lushy. Had the hotel pool to ourselves on both days we went to pool! We upgraded room with outdoor shower on balcony which was great. Loved the nice touch of a free charger, beach bag and flip flop bag tags in the room. Hotel does not have direct beach access however and it is not disclosed that there is a very loud club with excessively loud music in close distance our room was the closest proximity to club music booming till 230am:(

The staff was WONDERFUL! Ms. Stacey was AMAZING! The property doesn't have amenities and there is a terrible sewage smell that reaks throughout the property. We soent way too much money for what we received.

This hotel is nice and quiet with updated rooms that have everything you need. The free beach shuttle and e-bikes were great amenities. The front desk was very helpful taking care of anything we needed. This hotel's location is great because you're pretty close to everything. My main reason for giving them 4 stars is that my husband and I wanted more service. For example, there's no one at the pool or the beach to take drink or food orders. You have to go to the restaurant and place an order and they told me they won't deliver it to me, I have to go get it. At the beach, we wanted more of a resort experience where people are walking by, talking orders and bringing you what you need, but you have to go find someone to order and they have it sent my shuttle and then you pick it up from them. Also, maybe it was just certain people, but most of the employees we encountered in the hotel's restaurant weren't very friendly.

We loved our stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay. The grounds are beautiful, the beach easily accessible, and the accommodations absolutely lovely! The staff also went out of their way to make our trip everything we wanted. A special thanks to Stacie and the others at the front desk for their wonderful assistance. Ours was a perfect stay and I would highly recommend The Oasis at Grace Bay to anyone visiting the Turks and Caicos. It is in a good location for activities but also is a beautiful, peaceful, and friendly place to relax and unwind!

Very friendly staff at the Oasis. Alba and Stacey in particular helped us with booking tours. My son fell ill during the trip and we asked to postpone our snorkeling trip by a day. No problem. They also let us check out an hour later. The property feels secluded but not far away from the heart of Grace Bay. We had lunches on the property at Trattoria Isolana. It has everything you’d expect from a resort restaurant. We walked to half of our dinners at highly rated places nearby, e.g. Infiniti restaurant, Coco Bisto, etc. Every day we took a golf cart ride to the beach which is 2-3 minutes away. The beach chairs are always set up perfectly. You can order any drinks at the beach. Overall we feel the Oasis offers great value without the $1000+/night price of all inclusive resorts.

Very beautiful place. Check in with was smooth and extremely accommodating with a cold towel, yummy beverage and quick tour. Rooms feel extra safe since the doors require a code for entry. Great pools and lovely Christmas decorations. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows. Robes, slippers, makeup towels. Restaurant is good and the beach shuttle is super convenient. Great location too. Only inconvenience was my room directly faced the construction noise and they start early in the day.

Everything stood out!!!! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. I have a mobility issue to due surgery that I did not reveal to the resort before check-in and upon finding out, they moved us to a room on the first floor so I would not have to walk up two sets of stairs during our stay. The food at the resort was amazing. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner did not disappoint. 10 out of 10. Staff was amazing!!!!!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à l’Oasis. D’abord le personnel est extrêmement courtois et sympathique, répondant à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons utilisé plusieurs fois les vélos électriques fournis gracieusement par l’hôtel, lesquels fonctionnaient très bien. Tout était propre, bien entretenu, le site de l’hôtel est superbe. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le restaurant italien sur place. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, super clean, good onsite restaurant, easy walk to the beach and if you prefer to take the shuttle, never a long wait. Comfortable loungers with umbrellas on the beach. The only improvements I can suggest is better communication with their driver for airport pick ups (driver was great, but there was some miscommunication from the hotel so had to wait awhile to be picked up) & would love if they had filtered water stations so guests could fill up own water bottles to help cut down on plastic waste. I read online that you can drink the water in Turks, but two employees said locals don't, so we went with bottled water.

I highly recommend this hotel! Not because the property stands out but because of the exceptional staff and service provided. I went to with my sister to celebrate my 40th birthday, no plans, no expectations. Once the team heard the reason for my trip they sprung into action making it a very memorable trip. Special thanks to the entire team but I have to call out Dianna, Iveno, Chef Ordel and Manager Lorne. These folks made me feel welcome and went above and beyond their normal duties. A huge thank you to the team! I enjoyed my stay and will return 😀.
