Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

The host welcomed us when we arrived and showed us all around! The property was clean and ready for us to take full advantage. The ocean access was perfect for our 7 children 5 adults. We were in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A charter boat picked us up right at the beach. All in all our stay was fantastic and we would come stay again. Thank you!

Great Beach House

This is a great place to stay! You can’t beat the beach, the house fit all of us, and the kids enjoyed the pool on the property. Catherine was fabulous! She responded quickly and efficiently if we had questions, and showed great kindness. Come and stay - you’ll love it!

Very accommodating property for 18 family members using three levels. Easy walk into town for restaurants. Overall, I would recommend highly to anyone wishing to rent. Fairly expensive, but it’s in a very prime location.

Villa Turkuaz for the Win!

Our group of 14 loved our stay here. The location is prime- oceanfront on the most beautiful beach! We were able to walk to any thing we needed- restaurants, stores, etc. The hosts answered all of our questions immediately and helped us with our snorkel excursion, grocery delivery, and airport transportation. Some of the rooms were small, but we will take it for the location. Only suggestion is that the host provide a bit more toilet paper as we ran out quickly. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Amazing Location

Villa Turkuaz comfortably slept 16 of us - 8 adults and 8 kids, including two pull out couches. We used the first floor to successfully serve 2 home dinners - eating outside at the long table. Graceway IGA off Leeward was less than 10 mins and offered full scale grocery store amenities. Grill worked well and pool was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean and the "beach deck" oceanside. Walk to Grace Bay road/ village area was 10 mins and we loved venturing over for fun and casual restaurants (Castaways, Danny Buoys, Cafe Shay, Lemon 2 Go Coffee, and Turkberry frozen yogurt). We also used our two rental cars to access marinas and other parts of the island. Catherine and Fio were very responsive - arranging rides from/to airport, fixing a light switch, etc. We enjoyed a/c and ability to do laundry onsite. 1st floor dishwasher functioned but has seen better days - no longer feels "new". Overall - very positive experience with wonderful hosts.

Group Trip Review

I stayed at this property with 16 people and we rented all 3 floors which consisted of 7 bedrooms. It was large enough for us to all sleep well as the mattresses were comfortable. The primary bedroom and one of the bedrooms on the ground floor had enough space for the individuals in the room to lay out luggage. The other rooms were much smaller and there was not enough space to layout luggage without needing to jump over it. The bathrooms were relatively small and most of them had no counter space. The house was clean and the walk to the beach was easy. It’s about a 10 minute walk to downtown which has several restaurants and shops. The host was great as she answered all of my questions quickly and met me at the house for check in. The concern I had was that checkout is at 11am, they asked me to come do a walk through at 10am. At that point I asked them to push the walk through to 10:30 and asked the host to confirm checkout was at 11. They agreed to 10:30 and confirmed the 11am checkout. At 9am people were walking up trying to access the property. We told them that we had time and they proceeded to leave. At 10:30 the host came to walk the property and brought several individuals who were sitting at the table waiting for my group to leave. Part of my group left early due to this and a couple of us sat outside as I had a car scheduled for 11. This was uncomfortable, it’s something I recommending taking into account if you are hosting guest and planning pickup.

Birthday Celebration Headquarters

We booked this property to celebrate a milestone birthday. With a group of 58 people joining me on island, I wanted 1. a central beachfront location that could house a sizable group, 2. to be within walking distance from most of the Grace Bay hotels/stores, 3. a property that would allow for an outdoor birthday dinner and 4. easy beach access. This property hit all of those needs and was the central meeting point. While it is more homey/lived in than modern/fancy and could use some updates, it served us well. It was clean and accessible and had ample bathrooms/bedrooms to support the group of 12 who stayed in the house. The location is the best part as I could not find another home with direct access to Grace Bay Beach that was within easy walking distance to so much. Catherine was amazing leading up to the stay, during the stay and at the end of the stay. She provided information and contacts that helped make planning much easier for me and was readily accessible to answer questions as they arose. Two things to note: 1. There's currently no outdoor outlets or lighting on the walkway to the beach, which is where the birthday dinner was held, so that was an unforeseen challenge. Plan ahead if having an event that will go into the evening. 2. The covering for the patio isn't actually holding/diverting the water as expected, so given we had quite a bit of rain, the patio was seemingly the last place to dry and there was a steady drip from the covering above.

Much enjoyed vacation!

I first want to mention Catherine's responsiveness before and during our trip. She answered all of our questions and helped to get our rides arranged to and from the airport. Very good communication! The house is in a great location easily walkable to the area shops and restaurants. The location on the beach was great. Our own little slice of heaven. The water was warm and the water so clear! We stayed in the whole property with 6 adults and 6 teenagers. Everyone had their own space to relax. We mainly used the kitchen on the first floor and enjoyed being able to all sit at the table outside. We used the grill one night and had enough supplies in the kitchen for what we made. The house isn't fancy but it provided everything we needed to have a great vacation!

First, you should know that the location is excellent. This is somewhat overshadowed by a few other factors such as the property has or is in the process of being sold with newer units being built closer to the water and obstructing the view of the current property. The awesome cabana closer to the beach is in full on disrepair. The nice shaded area does not exist as the canopy is no longer there. The electric in this area is disconnected. We did not use it for a minute. The pictures the host provides appear to be very old and if allowed I will submit updated pictures here. The public access is right next to this location and unwanted persons will occupy your beach chairs if left unattended. This sometimes results in arguments with people you have never met as you simply try to explain those are your chairs even if the beach is public. It was nice being told someone would show up to put the chairs out on the beach and then take them in, but it would have been nicer if that actually happened each day. Next morning often resulted in people using your chairs left on the beach all night. There would be 15 empty chairs right next to the public access. Who wouldn't think they could claim them? One group refused to leave one day. So 15 chairs and 5 umbrella's (umbrella's are not high quality and 2 were broken). In summary, it is sold or selling so it seems the owner isn't willing to invest any more money for upkeep. Such a shame, as the location and view were great.

Amazing Trip!

We couldn’t have asked for better place to stay for my wife’s 40th birthday! The house was great and provided plenty of space for all of us. The location is incredible with its short walk to all the fun things downtown. Having your own private setup on the beach was fantastic. Two different excursions picked us up and dropped us off from the beach at the house which was very nice. Grilling and hanging out in the pool was also a great time. Catherine was awesome from when we booked to the time we left. Super friendly and always available for whatever we needed. Bill was great with providing transportation whenever we needed and on short notice with cheaper prices than most all taxis we found. I look forward to booking with them at one of their properties the next time we’re back which hopefully is soon!

Amazing Getaway

Excellent location with great amenities. Property manager assisted with all our needs including dining reservations, private chefs, and excursions. Pool was maintained daily, lounge beach chairs provided, kitchen on every floor, numerous bathrooms, amazing outside deck areas. Location is safe and close to shops, cafes, and bars.

Amazing location-close to everything

We rented the entire unit for 11 people, mainly adults and teens. Location was amazing. Easy walk to town and restaurants. Had everything we needed for a terrific beach vacation!

Williams Wedding 2023

A family of 17 of us stayed on this property for 6 nights, AND we also hosted our wedding on the sand between the villa and the beach. It was perfect for us! We split family groups up per floor, and it was delightful! (first and second floor have full kitchens) There is a table on the patio where we had all of our evening meals together , the pool was close and the kids played while the adults enjoyed conversation and the local Bambarra rum. Catherine- our property manager was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process: from suggesting vendors (caterers, DJs, photographers, etc) to answering all of our questions. Pure joy on this property, and a vacation/destination wedding to remember. Thank you again Catherine!

Best time ever on the most gorgeous beach

We had the best stay at Villa Turkuaz. We stayed here for a surprise birthday weekend and it could not have been more perfect for our group. Plenty of space, directly on the beach, easy to walk into town for coffee, breakfast and snacks. Catherine was an amazing host, always easy to reach and super responsive to any of our questions. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing

Catherine was so kind and very quick with returning messages. We rented the entire property as we had a big group of 7 couples. We were allowed early check-in which was great. The property is a little dated but the location and beach access totally made up for it. The pool was very warm during the day but it was awesome to have at night for our large party. There were a few issues but Catherine was quick to communicate and resolve them. Our group came from Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas and the entire group was so happy with our stay We would definitely come back to Villa Turkuaz. Thank you for everything, Catherine!

Anniversary Celebration with Family

The Villa Turkuaz was just what we wanted for our family to be together and for accommodations, and the location was ideal. The 7 bedrooms were excellent. Catherine met us for check in and answered many questions and was a resource during the week.

Fabulous experience! Highly recommend. 10 stars!

Great location! Directly on Grace Bay beach and town is a 5 minute walk. We had 15 people, close family and friends and an 18 month baby. The property had everything we could have asked for. So many en-suite bathrooms and sofa beds and never felt cramped. The master shares with another king but with family that worked fine for us. The house is a little dated but well equipped. Catherine the property manager is awesome. She responded in seconds to our calls and any issues were rectified immediately. In fact she is one of the reasons I would book again. We hired Chef Charles Joseph on her recommendation. If you want a first class dining experience then book Jo. He is awesome. The food is incredible. Everything is made from scratch and is farm to table fresh. His desserts are to die for too. You will not be disappointed. We were also lucky enough to work with Cadet who offers a full Concierge service. He’s a qualified mixologist and was invaluable getting us last minute excursion bookings and arranging in home massages / live music and entertainment / and driving services: Omnitci.com Full disclosure there is house being built next a door but it didn’t impact us at all. The odd noise but certainly did not alter our experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to take a large group somewhere everyone can relax and have fun. We love the Four Seasons and we enjoyed this more because of the personal touches.

Perfect.

Property is as advertised, right on the beach, easy walk to restaurants, shops. All 3 levels of the villa contained everything we needed. Catherine is amazing, she responded to every message very quickly and went above and beyond to help us resolve an immigration issue. She stopped by to check on us, offered assist every turn and answered every question promptly. Wonderful stay, great people. All 13 of us were comfortable, had ample privacy and enjoyed it all. Thank you!
