Very Disappointed!!! The property was beautiful with friendly staff upon arrival, which appeared to be the perfect vacation scenario. However, the cleanliness of the outdoor bar eating spaces caused us concern, as one of our travelers became sick with a noro-virus type stomach bug several hours after consuming food there. Within a day and a half myself and my 25 year old daughter also had the same virus, and were not able to eat or enjoy the facilities as we were very ill. We spoke with management several times to express our concerns and to ask if others were also ill. The management team denied that others were ill, however staff in the small boutique on site told us that their medicine supply was depleted and others were also complaining of illness. We were also told that one of their own staff members was ill a couple of days prior to our arrival and had not returned to work, which may have contaminated surfaces at the resort. This matter was not handled well by management. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

Stayed here for 2 nights very relaxing and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future ! Food was 10/10 as well

The hotel is costly for what you get.
It’s just ok for me.
Nothing special. Not a luxury at all. The room service is not 24/7. I called to order in my room, and nobody answered.
PS I don’t know about the villas, maybe it’s more interesting.
