Was a lovely location across from the beach with umbrellas and beach chairs. It was quiet and convenient with free shuttle bus fifteen minutes to Provincetown. Highly recommended.

Staff was super kind and friendly. The facility was nicely renovated and felt very new. It was right in front of the beach. Overall, it was an excellent place and we had an awesome time.

Check in was easy, and Jen was more than helpful. Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom could use more shelf room beside sink, as there was nowhere to put toiletries.

Tiny bathroom sink

Friendly staff, nice room. The bathroom though is extremely tight. Literally no space around the sink. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. We worked around the bathroom issue. Beautiful spot!

Room with a View

Had a great time at the Breakwater. Great location across the street from the beach. Walkable to downtown Provincetown. Enjoyed reading in the loungers outside our room.
