Es bueno como para pasar la noche y es acorde con el precio del hospedaje, cerca de la catedral, la iglesia del Rosario, etc. No tenie más amenidades que una tv baño amplio, las camas matrimoniales parecen más pequeñas de lo normal. Por la estructura del edificio despide un olor a humedad. No es accesible para personas con sillas de ruedas.

Cuarto muy pequeño, sin nada para colgar ropa, sin silla, sin mesa. Tampoco contaba con caja de seguridad. puerta de la habitación muy insegura. Anuncio engañoso pues el estacionamiento es con valet parking, el carro lo guardan sin hacer ningún el estado que como lo recibe.

Buscando en la plataforma encontré este hotel, tenía mis dudas porque las imágenes no son completas de las habitaciones. Pero me fui por los comentarios y si está bonito, limpio, céntrico y con estacionamiento,y eso es una gran ayuda. Solo 3 cosas que se puedieran mejorar: 1. La publicación dice que son cama queen y eso no es verdad. Eran camas matrimoniales, lo que hizo un poco menos cómodo el descanso. 2. La Señora recepcionista. Al buscar la ubicación física de hotel, un día antes, trate de comunicarme al hotel por la tarde, y marque 2 veces y me colgaron, ya la tercera vez me contestó un señora en forma descortés; y pidiendo yo referencias sobre cómo localizarlos porque la aplicación del Waze, da otra ubicación diferente; lo único que me dijo fue que me mandaba la ubicación y fue toda su orientación de mala gana. Cuando por fin llegué al hotel, a preguntar respecto al hospedaje, y cómo eran las habitaciones, la misma señora me atendió y su trató fue con la misma actitud, grosero, indiferente y de mala gana, sin dar gran información. Por lo que me retiré y esperé para hospedarnos al siguiente día, que nos atendió una jovencita con una actitud completamente opuesta, aunque estaba ocupada atendiendo a otras personas, siempre estuvo con buena disposición, resolviendo nuestras dudas y necesidades educadamente. Y hoy que dejamos el hotel nos tocó la misma señora del principio, y estaba igual,mal encarada. Lamentablemente. 3. La habitación. Falta ventilación.
