Hotel didn’t have availability although I had booked a room. They made me walk 3 blocks to a different hotel, Herbal Suites.

Style without substance
Posted Jul. 31, 2018 on HotelsClaimed to be open 24 hrs. I got there about 6pm and the whole place was locked up. I called and could hear the phone ringing in an empty office. And to make it all perfect this all was happening during a thunderstorm and got there by taxi. I stood in the rain for 30 minutes until someone showed up.
Had to pay cash cause they didn't take credit cards. Bath so small they had to put the sink outside of the door. Oddly enough the closet was a walk in and large. No AC or fans so I had to sleep with th he Acadia door open but that's ok cause it had no lock or way to secure it anyway. Id only stay here in a pinch.

Permaneci durante 3 semanas en este maravilloso hotel, todos los empleados fueron muy amables conmigo, me ayudaron con todas las inquietudes debido a que soy de otro pais. La comida fue excelente y seguian todas las instrucciones que pedia. Cuando regrese a Mexico, definitivamente volveria a este lugar.

Maravillosa experiencia, habitación pequeña pero muy funcional. Excelente trato del personal. Totalmente recomendable

La estancia en general es muy buena, precio justo, el único inconveniente son los colchones están duros y no se descansa bien
