Great Time at AV Beach Club
Publié le 13 mars 2024 sur HotelsGreat stay. We called ahead to let them know that we were getting in around 11pm and the guy at the front helped up get an order in to the restaurant before it closed.
Breakfast was on point. They had green juices, eggs any way you wanted them, lattes etc… very good breakfast!
My wife and I took a spin class that they offer outside. If you stay, make sure you take that course! A great workout on the beach!

This property had a ton of potential, but sadly we visited in the off season so it seems like it just isn’t being maintained to its full potential.

We have been coming to Puerto Aventuras for 10 years and this is the first time we have stayed at the Hotel. We enjoy the layout, the beach the food and the staff is great.

This is a very nice hotel to stay at. I went with my family (two kids under 10) and it was a perfect place for us to stay. The beach is very nice, we saw lots of little fish and a ray when we were snorkelling, the restaurant has a great view of the sunrise and sunset, it was quiet at night (after 10 pm), and there were many places to walk to in terms of food and activities. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the buffet was great, the hotel was always very clean, it was great. It is a little bit of an older hotel but I have zero complaints about my stay. I would stay here again.

Amazing place! Staff were attentive and helpful. Room was clean, cool and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
