House keeping had limited supplies where we were given used half full toiletries, 2 days our towels were not replaced after they were taken leaving use with with 2 wet bath towels, no hand towels and never given wash cloths. Front desk only respone was they hadnt received the laundry back..2 days? Poor water flow of the toilet causing iasues when you fouls flush. Superbowl sunday there was no water until 5:30p. Pictures of room amenities is not accurate, no coffee pit, no hammock on the patio, jacuzzi was luke warm and the jets did not work in our room #311. amenities listed for the hotel are not all avaliable at the hotel which is misleading. They are actually off the resort in the marina boardwalk area, the hotel has nothing to do with those services. Signs to the ice machine that doesn't exist only to find out the front desk has to go to the beach bar to get ice if they are open. We asked why theres no information on basic hotel services such as restaurants, bars, beachside and were told they have nothing but we can tell you what you want to know. Nothing on hours of Restaurants or when anything is open. Restaurants consist of the beachside bar with limited menu and breskfast was outdoors, 8 items on the menu. Our first morning for breakfast which isnt open until 8am was waiting an hour for one cup if coffee, tiny plate of fruit and yogurt with. granola. Completely crazy at the dliw service with only 3 tables of guests, overpriced, the food is made at the beachside bar..
