The hotel staff was great and very helpful. The hotel could use an upgrade. The rooms were outdated, the drain was very slow in the sink, the bathroom was old and worn, the carpet felt old and grungy. The breakfast was large, but it's a big hotel, so they are serving a lot of people. The food was not very good. The eggs were undercooked and cold and they needed at least two more coffee urns (there was always a line for coffee). The pastries were cold and store bought. But the worst is the parking. It's underground beneath the hotel and it's shared with a shopping mall... during the day it's very difficult to find parking and then in the evening, they lock it up so you have to find a security officer to open a gate to get in. I don't know how one person (without assistance of another person to get out of the car to find help) would manage. Then you have to bring your ticket to the front desk to get a validated ticket before you drive out. Inconvenient for sure. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. it looks better online than it is in person.
