The food and staff were amazing! My one complaint is the rooms are a little outdated and the AC unites definitely have mold. As soon as I went into my room I was flooded with a musty/moldy smell that made me feel sick. My parents room was the Sam but not as bad since they were on the top floor. I didn’t bother complaining as I figured all the rooms smelled similar. I’m very sensitive to mold so I notice it easily. I decided not to use my AC and kept my patio door open which made it livable. I read reviews after of others having a similar issue. My guess is they don’t change the AC air filters as often as they should for a high humidity climate. I’ll do excellence resorts again but maybe one that is a newer build
