Our family-owned condo is situated in Building E, the closest building to the ocean. You'll feel truly connected to the beach with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez right from your patio. All photos of the pools and beach have been taken from the condo itself, showcasing the breathtaking scenery you can enjoy during your stay. Recently, our condo underwent a complete remodel aimed at preserving the rustic charm of the Princesa Resort while incorporating essential modern amenities to enhance your experience. Upgrades include complimentary high-speed WiFi, USB charging ports in every room, and HD smart TVs that allow you to access your own streaming accounts, including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DirecTV.

Additional accommodations include bedding, linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. Be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups or favorite ground coffee to make the most of our Keurig K-Duo Plus coffee maker! Our kitchen's all set up with silverware, dishware, cookware, and the basic cooking tools you’ll need, plus some dish cleaning goodies to keep things tidy. Don't feel like cooking? Colins Cantina is located in the resort and offers delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at very reasonable prices. There is also a small convenience store located in the resort.

The condo itself is a Penthouse with a large living room. The Pineapple bedroom overlooks the beach and has a King size bed. The main floor also has a balcony overlooking the water with a spacious bar top seating area making it the perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy the great views of the resort's private pools or the waves rolling in on the beach.

The resort's courtyard has three pools (1 Heated) and three shallow kiddie pools, a jacuzzi, barbecue grills, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and several palapas with beach chairs to relax in and enjoy the beach.
