Welcome to Beach Haven!

This amazing beachfront home, Beach Haven, offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms and is a premium choice among Rocky Point rentals. It is located in the Las Conchas beachfront community which has some of the most beautiful and uncrowded beaches to be found. This spacious home and attached casita share a oceanfront patio and have recently been updated to comfortably sleep up to 16 guests. This makes it the perfect choice for multiple couples and families.

You will find shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. Kayaks and beach towels can be found on your way out to the beach.

The host was very responsive and polite. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, and the house was well stocked with necessary supplies. The house was easy to find, and the access to the beach was so much fun! We would recommend this spot :)

Outstanding House

The place is super clean, well stocked with anything you might need, the patio is to die for the bdrooms were fantastic well stocked eith towels ckean fresh bedding extra covers spacious bedrroms quiet between each room, the kitchen has every kitchen item you would need. And high class stuff. Right on the beach, easy to find? Great location. I can't say enough positive things. Only negative is the back door fixture kept falling apart. Needs a new door closure but we feel it is due to the elements. Excellent time.

Truly a haven

Our family and friends have been going to Mexico year after year for 10 years. Beach Haven is one of the favorite places we've stayed. The house is roomy and charming. Well stocked and comfortable. The patio has plenty of chairs, sun and shade. Loved the tide pools right in front of the house.

Awesome!

This house was great! Fantastic location, beautiful views, and the property manager was wonderful. There were 10 of us (supposed to be 4 more but they dropped out at last minute). There was plenty of space for everyone. Would’ve been fine with the additional 4 people too. Masters are great, beds comfy and they all open to patio and have ocean views.This kitchen was probably the best I’ve seen as far as having all the pots, pans, utensils and gadgets you might need. Our kids loved the kayaks that were available and of course enjoyed a banana boat ride from one of the local vendors.My daughter realized on our way home that she had fallen asleep with one of her AirPods in her ear and it had fallen out. Shary contacted housekeeping and they located it and shipped it back to us. Huge relief - my daughter was so happy. Shary was also quick to reply to several questions I sent prior to arrival. It was a great stay and if we ever go back again with a large group I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Beach house gathering

Our stay at this beach home was fantastic! It was perfect for our large group, with plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably. Three of the bedrooms had stunning views, and the beach was just a short walk away. We also felt very safe, as security patrolled the area frequently. The town was only a 15-minute drive, making it easy to grab groceries or explore. The host was incredibly responsive and answered any questions promptly. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful Home with Excellent Location & Views

This house was perfect for our 11 family members. Shari's communication was excellent. The views are spectacular and the stretch of beach in front of the house is awesome for exploring tide pools during low tide and playing in the water during high tide. We would love to stay here again sometime. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Week of fun in the sun.

This property was perfect for my family which included myself, spouse, and six 20 something yr old's. We also had 2 friends and a mother in law stay in the casita attached to the house. This place is fully equipped down to the detail. Towels, crock pot, excellent WI-FI, kayaks, patio chairs, 5 gallon water cooler and grill just to name a few. The owners even gave us a credit for an overnight power outage that was out of their control which affected most of Los Conchos section 2. Shary was great in her response time and accommodated every single request we made. We definitely will be staying there again. Thanks Shary and owners for a great family vacation!

Perfection!

This was our 4th time staying at Casa de Colores! It’s clean, roomy, perfect for a large crowd. The location is minutes away from town, but far enough away to feel secluded. The beach is clean and fairly unpopulated. The only complaint is the refrigerator. It needs to be bigger to accommodate all the food 16 people need for a week, however, it’s not a deal breaker. We will return.

Rocky Point get away

Pretty house, right on the water. Couple of issues
oven didn’t work, no outlets in bathrooms, need to bring extension cords and TV was impossible to figure out for NFL on Sundays. Otherwise a nice stay.
