We offer confortable beds (1 king and 4 Queen) No bunkbeds here. You will have complementary coffee, water, beach chairs, a cooler and some games to enjoy your stay. Inside bar to make all your favorite drinks :) and of course the margarita deck/ roof top to take in the Scenic views surrounding you. Please close exterior doors and windows when Ac is ON and as much as possible to avoid excess sand inside the home. Turn off lights when not needed.
When returning from the beach use outside shower to rinse off sand before entering. Rinse off beach chairs and return to original location after use.

We had a wonderful stay at Esmeralda’s home, but a few hiccups that we resolved immediately!! She was very attentive and made sure everything was going smoothly! We will definitely be returning to stay here!

Beautiful home, wonderful trip!

This home was spectacular! There was plenty of room for the 12 of us! We did bring one air mattress. We had room to park and the walk to the beach only took a couple of minutes. The owner was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had absolutely no issues with the home! Everything worked perfectly and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely go back!

Puerto Penasco Spring Break Trip

For spring break group of friends and I from the University of Arizona stayed in this VRBO. We had a great time. There were 11 of us, and we all fit comfortably in this house. Esmeralda was a fantastic property manager!

Beautiful Beach Home in Great Location!

Gorgeous home steps away from the beach. This home is decorated wonderfully with plenty of amenities to use! Patio is awesome! Highly recommend! 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a toilet and shower but we had two sons to share that Only one TV that needs cable (had Netflix) but we we’re too busy to care! Loved the place!

Beautiful home minutes from the beach.

Very comfortable with everything you need for a great get away. Great kitchen, even though we didn't use it, as we were just there a short time and ,of course, had to try and get to all our favorite places. Highly recommend. Would love to go when we can stay longer.
