AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS await you from this beautiful 5-star beachfront home! Casa Buenaventura is conveniently located at the entrance of Las Conchas, a private beach community located within 5 minutes from the Malecon and restaurants of charming downtown Rocky Point. You will enjoy stunning sunsets over the Sea of Cortez and beautiful beaches on the expansive oceanfront patio, leading directly to the sand. This home is located on a double lot for extra privacy for a private vacation experience. The oceanfront patio is equipped with 2 sets of dining tables, chairs and 2 chaise lounges. A charcoal grill and firepit are
also available for beach-side BBQs.

This vacation home is in the secure community of Las Conchas with 24-hour security guards. There is a large, gravel parking area for all of your vehicles and 4-wheelers. As you enter the private gated entrance, you are greeted with an expansive courtyard patio!

This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home has a greatroom floorplan with amazing oceanfront views from the large sliding glass doors. There is a large kitchen island and bar stools with a large French-door refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with Mexican-themed dishes and every appliance and condiment for preparing all of your meals, along with grilling utensils for BBQs. The living rooms is decorated with leather sofas with a Queen sofa sleeper, large 55-inch TV with Direct TV and wifi.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a California King bed with ocean views, and an adjoining bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom No. 2 offers a Queen bed with ocean views, and Bedroom No. 3 has 2 twin beds, all decorated in beachy coastal decor.

Las Conchas has a serene, peaceful feeling, apart from the resort areas of town, that will leave you with a sense of privacy while on vacation. The full complement of beach vendors come by so you can enjoy banana boat rides, massages, horse back rides, jewelry shopping and more.

Please be advised that before heading to the property, you must stop by our office to pick up the keys.

We could not stay at this property as the water pump was out. I booked through VRBO, but property management was Casago. Casago tried to tell us that they had another property for the same price but it was several rows back . They told us every other beach front property was sold out. They ended up finding us another beach front in La cholla saying that we had to possibly pay more. After speaking to the "manager" they were able to give it to us at the same price. The property that they gave us had storm windows that didn't open and was run down. After looking online the new property was 400 dollars cheaper than this property, which they did not refund. So really no issue with the buenaventura property, but since we couldn't stay there becuase of the water issue and our other stay was not in same area, was rundown, and had issues with storm windows being stuck shut, and getting upcharged... I'm giving it a 1 all around.

We got there on Friday to the house at 4pm. The water was not working. We called casago and they told us they were sending someone. We left to go eat. We got back about 10pm, still no water we called the on call number lady said the guy had to get the part and he will be there in the am. The next day the sent 2 guys that looked to be 18 yrs old. They were there for four hours. By this time it was 3pm are day was shot no one could take showers. I kept calling office and they kept giving me no answer. Finally a older guy came out and he got the water running in 10min. They would not refund nothing back for the inconvenience.

Love Rocky Point

Buenaventura is a lovely property for those who want to be beachfront but close to city. We enjoyed the spacious common areas. Relatively well stocked kitchen made group cooking a breeze. Comfortable bedrooms. We did have a few glitches. No hot water in the shared bathroom but ok in in the kitchen and primary bedroom. A working umbrella for terrace and beach would have been helpful as we had beautiful sunny weather but not a lot of shade. Limited towels and water bottle only partially full were immediately corrected by Casago but they couldn’t do much about the umbrella or hot water failure. The beach is beautiful for watching and walking but not really swimmable.

Beautiful Property and Location

The property itself is beautiful and both front and back patio are relaxing. The front patio provided a breathless view of the ocean and the waves just a few feet from our patio steps. Everyone from the owner to the agent at the check-in company was extremely helpful and friendly. The house is a little older so keep in mind that there are a few things that could be improved. The plumbing in the house is older and therefore, we could not flush toilet paper or anything, and we requested to put it in the trash. This was a minor inconvenience and overall did not take away from the unique charm that the house has. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals. The house is located near the guard area and is also less than a five minute drive to the new Walmart. This made it very convenient when buying groceries. All in all, we had a wonderful time staying in this house and will consider it again on our next trip to PP.

Pleasant but could use a few conveniences

The house & location were perfect. There was issues with the guest toilet leaking from tank. Repairs were made but problem persisted, which we just managed by shutting off water each use. There were no extra towels or sheets, nor was there any dishwasher pods to go with dishwasher so everything needed hand washing. These little things make a big difference when you are on vacation.

Nice place

Check in was fine. The home was nice when you first walk in. However, the shower in the master never drained while taking a shower. You could not flush your toilet paper because it is on a septic. There was not enough of the essential items either. Trash bags, paper towels, etc. All the dishes in the home were dirty and needed to be washed before use. The beach front access was nice. It would have been better if the vendors stayed away from the home and didn’t yell at you through closed doors.

Our Get-a-way

Overall, we were very pleased with the house, ease of check in and proximity to the beach. Absolutely wonderful and child friendly. We were not expecting signs posted regarding the septic system and where we needed to put our used tissue paper. But the vacation was absolutely wonderful!

Spring Break 2024

Check in was fine. The shower drains were so slow that we were wading out by the end. The tap water ran out but management was as prompt as possible in resolving, which they handled as best as they could. Still, 12 hours without water. If you lease, may sure you bring trash bags, dishwasher detergent, kitchen soap, bathroom toiletries, bc the house does not have anything stocked. Also, the listing had a washer and dryer available, but the machines were not made available to us until the last day. Overall, the location was fine, the beach access was great but there was a constant flow of vendors walking by the house and the peacefulness of staying on Las Conchas versus Sandy Beach was taking away with the constant barrage of beach vendors. I know, I know, its Mexico, but still.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Well, I couldn't complain about anything during my families visit Thanksgiving 2023. The weather was great, and the water was surprisingly tolerable, extremely inviting! (Not that we swam) Our goal was to get away from the 'turkey dinner' & the chaotic planning that this involves, and instead, relax by the beach. We did exactly that! We brought out paddleboards and had the most amazing time catching baby jellyfish, looking at all the fish below us, as we floated on the boards in the ocean. THE BEST part was on Thanksgiving day, we were able to watch the Thanksgiving football game, Packer Lions! The home had great internet, but actually SAVED us by also having Direct TV! We were able to watch this football game with NO issues at all. Thanks for sharing your home, and allowing my family to share this memory forever!

Great Beach house

Immeditely entering the property the key broke off in the lock. The gate just pushed open. All the other doors worked properly. We reported the gate and gave them the broken key and were told we would be charged 6 dollars for the key. No biggie. The internet was out almost our entire stay. It was fixed the final night before we left. We had no internet, tv, or phone service while on the property.The property itself and location are great. Nice sandy beach right off the patio. All the conveniences of home plus extra...grill ( charcoal and propane) cookware, kayaks, chairs. The internet not working most of our stay was a major inconvenience and reason for 4/5 stars otherwise great property and location for a family trip to Rocky Point.

We got to the house and it is a beautiful house in a great spot on the beach. Very spacey. Only complaints, had to throw toilet paper in the trash (wasn’t ready for that) and the fridge and AC took a day to get cooled down.

Great location, great home

I was worried about the check in process but it was great! Super easy and friendly. The outside patio that was facing the beach was perfect. We spent so much time on the beach because of the easy access and meal preparation was easy because the house is well equipped and convenient.

Perfect Vacation

This house made our vacation. The house is beautiful with the best oceanfront patio. You feel like you are sitting on the beach without ever leaving the house. So much charm and great views. The house is very well stocked with kitchen supplies. You can’t beat the location for going into town. We can’t wait to come back!

Chill Spring Break

Ah Las Conchas Beachfront does not disappoint. Had a wonderful and relaxing mid week break in this home. Enjoyed the view, weather was windy and cold for this time in March but it's been a cool winter this year. House was very comfortable. Both patios are fantastic, the beach facing and the front patio. Local massage comes to you. Check for business cards on the fridge. All were wonderful. My only comment is that the check in process was quite slow. The office seemed to have only 1 person who could take my down payment so I had to stand there until they decided someone else would receive the payment from me. I think they have a real estate function (beyond rentals) in their office. Not related to the rental but is part of the process.
