Take a short walk through the Resort’s pathways surrounding the eighteen-hole putting golf course and get to the sandy beach. Enjoy one of the three Resort’s pools on the edge of the beach or just sit back and relax on the condo’s spacious patio with a wonderful view of the town and Sea of Cortez.

Condo has a comfortable layout and is nicely decorated and equipped for a perfect stay.



This nicely decorated 2 bed 2 bath condo is fully equipped for up to 7 guests.

The master bedroom has a King Size bed and private bathroom with double vanity sinks and stand up shower. The Guest bedroom also has a King bed, private closet and guest bathroom across the hallway. There is queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a twin sleeper chair in master bedroom.

Condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops including all new appliances as refrigerator, electric stove and oven, mounted microwave with exhaust fan, blender, toaster, crockpot, traditional coffee maker, dishwasher and a full set of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and silverware. There is a new Reverse Osmosis water system for filtered water at sink.

Condo is equipped with private, Wi-Fi, smart TV’s, air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer in laundry room



Our Resort and home are also pet friendly.

Guest will be able to use any of the 3 pools of the resort, one alongside the beach, the eighteen-hole putting course, exercise trail, gas and charcoal BBQ grills in picnic areas, beach volley ball court and access to the public beach with palapas and palm trees.

Casa Blanca is a gated community with an eighteen-hole putting course where you can enjoy a round of miniature golf with the family surrounded by pathways, bridges and ponds, there are three swimming pools, one of them alongside the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez, gas and charcoal grills in resort picnic areas under palapas with tables, guards on duty 24/7, large parking lot only steps to the front door of the condo and only a short walk through resort to uncrowded beach with palapas and palm trees.



Casa Blanca is located in Sandy Beach area next to other high rise resort buildings. It is a short drive into town where you can find all kinds of fresh seafood restaurants, bars and shopping.



Occupants must obey the rules and regulations of the Casa Blanca HOA

Casa Blanca Golf Villas requires that wristbands be worn at all times during your visit. These will be issued at check in.
