Casita sits on hill overlooking town and distant mountains. Covered, spacious patio with BBQ grill affords outdoor dining. Casita is an easy, safe two block walk to Mirador Beach on Sea of Cortez offering swimming, fishing, tide pooling, horseback riding, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, Enjoy dolphin/whale/bird watching, water sports, etc. Puerto Peñasco, aka Rocky Point, is a safe, friendly town 60 miles south of US border crossing at Lukeville, Arizona. I can't say enough good things about this property. Comfortable bed, decent bathroom, washer and dryer, tons of appliances, a gas grill. Everything you could ask for and more. We brought our dog, and she was quite happy there. It is a short walk to the beach, and the Walmart is a short drive away. It is a gated community so we felt secure. I highly recommend this property, especially if you travel with your dog as the yard and patio are fenced.

Perfect place for our family

Loved staying here with our two kids and dogs. The fenced in yard was nice for everyone to run around while we could sit on the patio and enjoy coffee and games. The place felt really homey. It is super close to the beach and some great restaurants. Elizabeth was an amazing host and we will definitely be back again! We didn't want to leave!

Quick getaway with dogs to beach. Ocean 5 min walk for dogs to run and fenced in yard to relax on patio. Close to downtown or a few bars to have food and drinks. Comfy beds!!!!! Well stocked with everything you could ever want.

LOVED this casita!

Elizabeth was so helpful and gave so many great recommendations for places to check out while we were visiting and all of her instructions were very clear and thorough - the proximity to the beach was a HUGE plus, the yard was great for our dogs the house was stocked with everything we could have needed! we would LOVE to stay again the next time we come back, it was so homey pleasant, truly our best stay in Puerto Peñasco yet! **tip for visiting the area if you’re a light sleeper: earplugs are a lifesaver at night! it’s a quiet neighborhood here, however the nearby bars off-road vehicles can still be a bit loud at night :)

SWEET little hide-away, near everything!

My husband and I really enjoyed our two night stay. It was so nice to bring our dog with us instead of boarding her while we were gone. We thought the location was great. Very quiet neighborhood with security guards on duty. It was a nice surprise when I found a can of coffee in the cupboard as I had forgotten to bring any with! Thank you for a memorable stay.

Great place for quick weekend!

The owner was great to work with, she was prompt on getting back to us, getting directions and info over right away. The home was well stock and very comfortable, It was wonderful to be able to have our dog with us. Only complaint which isn't much of one is driving to the beach is your best option, but truthfully its a 5 second drive and park. Overall it was a great weekend for us and the house fit what we need very well.
