Cupboards are stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. In addition We offer a blender and a Black & Decker 12 cup Coffee maker As well as a Keurig K-cup coffee brewing system. The dining area seats 6 Comfortably, along with the island that seats five in case of overflow. A joining is an Spectacular living room for family and friends to relax and unwind. There are two comfy sofas (one of them being a queen size sleeper). There is a 65” Flat Screen Tv mounted to the wall and an inviting fireplace below it. Games for some family fun are located inside the cupboards of the fireplace. Off the living room are slider doors that lead to a Spacious balcony with Astonishing Panoramic Views of the ocean. The beautiful handmade stone dining table seats 8 and a high-top table for watching the sunrise and sunsets. CABIE also has a separate laundry room which is equipped with full-size Kenmore washer and dryer. Included is covered two story garage for parking and easy access to the elevators.

Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is the largest master planned resort in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) It offers an abundance of activities for everyone including Golf at the Links, a series of Pools, Hot Tubs and Lazy Rivers w/Rafts, El Citron Fine Cuisine Restaurants, The Maria Restaurant with its Premium Hamburgers and the Coffee Shop where they serve specialty coffees plus, soft drinks, ice cream and pastries. Fully Covered Bars, Swim-Up-Bars, Lounge Chairs with optional face shields and Palapas on the Beach. Also available is a fully equipped Exercise Room/Gym and BBQ's for all your grilling needs.

This unit is in the rental pool. Only guests with wristbands will have all Resort amenities. All of our reservations go through the rental pool at Las Palomas. It is the only way to legally rent from the resort and the only way to get access to all of the amenities at the resort. NOTICE FROM THE RESORT:

If you are renting a condo at Las Palomas, make sure that the rental is being processed through the resort (a confirmation letter from the resort should be provided showing the total payment including taxes for your stay along with confirmation #)

There is a new Administration at Las Palomas and every reservation is being carefully monitored. Rent only legally through the rental pool!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation Policy:

- At the time of reservation 50% Deposit of whole stay.

- The 50% remaining will be charged 10 days prior of arrival day.- Reservation holder must be over 25 and stay at the resort.

- All changes will have a $25.00 fee.

- No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date.

- Changes of Holiday reservation will have a penalty of $150.00.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation more than 11 days prior to scheduled arrival date

full amount minus $150 Cancellation Fee.

- The remaining 50% must be paid through VRBO 15 days prior to arrival day.

- Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid for the reservation, but no refund of the VRBO service fee. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% (but no VRBO service fee refund). Otherwise, they won't get a refund

- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.

- No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.

- No refund for holidays.

- All cancellations or changes must be made via e-mail.

Non-Smoking Policy:
Note: All rental units at Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort are nonsmoking, so everyone can enjoy fresh clean air during their stay. If signs of smoking are found a $150 cleaning fee will be charged and additional charges if damage found.

- Check-Out: 11.00am.

- Late Check-Out will be at 1:00pm only with prior authorization.

WARNING: If you find something less for the same type of unit, i.e., 3BR OV vs. 3BR OV, please be aware that you might be renting from so called 'rogue' renter which is not permitted at the resort.

The resort sets the rates for all rental pool owners and we can't discount them. The 'rogue' renters discount their rates, but if you were caught, you would be asked to either pay the full rate or you would be evicted. So, if you find something for less, ask the owner if he/she is in the rental pool.I suggest that you verify it by calling the resort at 866.360.2324, and be sure to have the unit name and number before calling.
