Great location, but was very disappointed from what I saw on pictures to what is actually in the condo. Multiple things such as dishwasher not being secured and not working at all, electrical wiring that was clearly not up to code on the hot water heater, which my children could’ve gotten into, the water leak from air-conditioning in the laundry room because of a short in the wiring, the guest bedroom bathroom window that wouldn’t close, the main bedroom curtains, literally ready to fall off the wall, pillows that had brown and yellow stains, and a refrigerator that looks like rust was eating its freezer door up. If I had seen any of these pictures, I would’ve never rented this place. The fact that somebody would actually clean this room and say it’s ready was beyond disappointing. We were moved into a new room halfway through our stay on the ninth floor, but still felt like we were lied to by how the pictures present the room versus what it actually is. Other things like the kitchen not being fully stocked for cooking. Many of the areas in the house that we’re also not clean such as the couch, the floors and the laundry room left us kind of grossed out. The location, the beach, the pool and the relaxation areas were fantastic. This was just a case of a room that’s been neglected over the years. Also, the filtered water was not even hooked up next to the sink.
