Islas Del Mar is just beyond Rocky Point, and offers a truly different take on an ocean front getaway location. The grounds are lush, making the most of the lagoon and estuary environment that welcomes lots of migrating birds. The Golf Course meanders along the shore, and has a well liked Restaurant and Club House.
Exquisite four bedroom home at exclusive Islas Del Mar. This home offers an enviable position set between the ocean and lagoon. This two story house has elegant, contemporary style. The patio has a pool, with shaded tables for dining outside, chaise lounge chairs, and a BBQ. Walk down to the lagoon and you can launch kayaks for a sunset paddle.
The kitchen is complete and roomy, with an island set with upholstered bar stools and new appliances. The living room has a large sofa and TV, with sliding glass doors affording access to the patio. The dining table also takes advantage of the views as well. There is one downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom, a hall bathroom, as well as a laundry room.
The second floor has three bedrooms, and the master bedroom has an extra large walk in closet with lots of storage. There are balconies for all three, furnished for spending time enjoying the sights at Islas Del Mar.
