Brand new beach front condo in phase 3 of Las Palomas! Ground floor unit so just steps to the beach and pool! The perfect beach themed getaway on the exclusive area of Sandy Beach with amazing ocean views and just steps to the beach. Our beautiful 2,368 sq. ft. OCEAN FRONT condo is located on the 1st floor of the Barcelona Building (building closest to the beach) of Phase 3 (newest and most desired) in Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. Las Palomas is a 4 Diamond Resort and is ranked the best in Puerto Penasco. Barcelona 106 is on the 1st Floor which is perfect for easy access to the pools and beach.

Our Condo has a large balcony where you and your guests can dine while enjoying incredible ocean sunsets. The condo is fully equipped with brand new energy efficient appliances, brand new furniture, cooking utensils, and a Reverse Osmosis system for water drinking safety. The living room features and Large 65” Smart TV with Netflix and many other online services for your entertainment as well as new leather couches, one of which has a memory foam Queen Sleeper Sofa. We have a laundry room with a full washer and dryer in the Condo. The master bedroom features a 65” Smart TV along with memory foam mattress, a bathroom off of the bedroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a king size bed along with a 52” Smart TV. The third bedroom features two queen beds and a 52" Smart TV.

Las Palomas offers many amenities including playing golf at “The Links”, professional 18-hole, Par 72 golf course, eating at el Citron Fine Cuisine and La Maria, fabulous courtyards with multiple pools, including a lazy river, water slide, kiddie pools, negative edge waterfall and pool, jacuzzis, a swim up bar that offers a full menu to enjoy pool and beach side. There are Italian lounge chairs with Ramada’s. There are many activities to enjoy such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, as well as lounging under the palapas or strolling on the groomed sandy beach. You can be sure that our condo meets and exceeds all of Las Palomas high standards.

This is our second time staying here. The location is great! It’s in the quieter phase of Las Palomas but a short walk to the busier pools. Unobstructed view of the ocean and pool from the deck. Perfect for watching sunsets and dolphins! The beds are comfortable if you like a firm bed. Hot showers with great water pressure. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals. Everything was clean and in good condition. Plenty of space for a group of six people. Highly recommend!

by far the best room we've ever stayed at while in rocky point! the pictures did not do it justice. the views were just as amzing and to pretry much have a couple pools and some beach area oretty much designated to just us was amazing. look forward to staying here again and soon! alexis and ryan were very attentive which made the entire process better!

This ground unit in the new Phase 3 was in the perfect location and had all the amentities to make out stay wonderful. Beautifully decorated and just steps to the pool, I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. We had 7 in our group and everyone had bedding accommodations and were vrey comfortable.

Condo was nice clean and great lay out. Nicely furnished. Only complaint was the gate to walk out fromCondo patio to pool was broken so we could not use patio as access to beach and pool. We notified maintenance twice and it was never fixed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!! We enjoyed it so much, that we extended our stay. Ryan, the host responded quickly about any questions that we had. The condo itself was everything that was described. Great location, beautiful views, very clean!!! Had beach chairs, and inner tubes that we were able to use. We are going to make this an annual vacation and booked this exact room! 😉😁

Perfect place!

This was the perfect place for two families (total of 6 people)! Plenty of space for everyone. Everything was in great condition, clean, and worked. Lots of hot water and great shower pressure. Loved being on the first floor directly in front of a pool for the kids but they also liked being able to swim at the pools in phases 2 and 3. There is also a small golf putting green the kids enjoyed. The view of the beach/ocean from the living room/patio was stunning and we watched the sunset every night. Highly recommend!
