This beautiful one-bedroom one-bathroom unit is located at the Marina Pinacate Resort, right in the middle of the action at the end of 13 Street within walking distance from the famous Sandy Beach, as well as restaurants and bars in the area. Located on the fifth floor with a cozy living room area with a Smart TV, a beautiful kitchen completely equipped with cooking basics such as pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, and the bedroom has a comfortable full-size bed and Smart TV, with direct access to the bathroom. The condo has a very nice pool and ocean view from the private balcony, and an easy walk to the communal areas of the resort.
In the Resort, you can enjoy one large communal pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a children's pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, a lounge, a volleyball net, grills, palapas, 24 hours security, and one free parking space.
