Luxurious house overlooking the Sea of Cortez. All the modern amenities you will want. Brand new build, roomy with a gorgeous rooftop overlooking the ocean, grill and bar, and sun lounge area. Drink your coffee on the balcony right off the living room. Full kitchen with dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, dishes, and cookware. 2 of the bedrooms have king-size beds, and 2 have queen-size beds. House has a queen-size blow-up mattress for additional guests. Washer and dryer are included. The beach is a 3 min walk and is sandy without rocks. Huge tidal changes make it an excellent area for fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, and anything else your heart desires. The house is minutes from town and offers many great restaurants and entertainment. Games for both home and the beach are included, as well as beach towels and blankets for families.

Great vacation spot

We loved the location and accommodations. We've been going to this area for years and this was the nicest home we have stayed in. The furnishings were new and comfortable. The host was super responsive to any need. We'd highly recommend this location to family and friends.

Great Vacation Home

From First to Last Day at the Home everything was awesome. Beautiful home, well furnished and lots of amenities available, Fussball Table, board games for the kids, spacious kitchen and outdoor Terrace with ocean View. Covered Two car Garage with Garage Door, the house was just perfect for outlr Family weekend. 10/10!!
