Ole: Oceanfront w/ coastal decor and beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez

Olé is a beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condo offering spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. The master suite features a king-size bed, Satellite TV, and a private bath. The large second bedroom has two full beds and easy access to the second bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen includes new cabinets and stove, along with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The open living area boasts a hide-a-bed, a cozy wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood or fire logs), comfortable seating, and breathtaking ocean views.
Step outside onto the large patio and deck—perfect for sunbathing, stargazing, or barbecuing with the provided charcoal grill. Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating in each room, Satellite TV/DVD, radio/cassette player, wireless internet, and parking for two cars.

All sheets and towels are provided. No smoking inside.

Lovely cottage

We loved the cottage and the view ! Stocked with everything we needed and more. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the extra powder room in the hallway. The only issue we would say is no privacy at all on the patio. You do feel like they are in your space so you aren’t alone. We had neighbors next to us smoking every morning & night so it was hard to enjoy the fresh ocean air. No dividers to separate us from seeing them and hearing them. But the home itself was great!

Great place to stay

My fiance Me and my in laws totally enjoyed the long weekend on this property. Great access to the ocean, property very clean AC working in a perfect condition. No water or power issues. I will definitely come back to this property If on the future decide to come back to Puerto Peñasco.

A must-stay!

This place is located ON the beach and was so comfortable for me and my husband plus our four kiddos. We arrived after hours due to heavy traffic coming in and noticed there was no running water. We called the emergency number and the issue was resolved within the hour. Apparently there was a leak on site on an area that did not affect us. The property management was friendly, very responsive, and professional. Note: there is no laundry area in this condo, but we were just fine without it. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

Very clean. Showers had great water pressure. A/C worked well. Plenty of towels, blankets, cookware. Bring your own beach towels. As other people have said, you have no privacy at all on the beachfront patio but that was not an issue for us. Will definitely return again!

Clean and comfortable, great patio!

The property had some nice updates and was very clean and comfortable. The patio was awesome with perfect amount of sun and shade, and when the tide is high, appears to basically disappear into the sparkling water. You will have neighbors since the patios are very close together in this row of townhomes, but if you are okay with that, it's fine. You have to grab the key from Océano Rentals and return there, but the office is close to Las Conchas and the staff were helpful.

Love Rocky Point

Newly remodeled nice condo. Has no dishwasher and we could not find dish towels or even a sponge to wash them. Lots of dishes and pots and pans but no measuring cups or measuring spoons. No cork screw so bring your own. Small things otherwise very nice

Adorable Cottage

This home has been redone with new floor, reorganizing the original space opening it .up. The window blind was exceptional. I selected that same one in Tucson. Loved the colors and decor. It felt like I was in pottery barn. The patio and ramp was a plus. I noticed all the little extras. The coat rack in the entry, extra electrical outlets, table lamps that worked and ceiling fans. To let you know the cold water faucet in the sink did not open...just a dribble. I will return!

Lovely property. Property management...so-so

Very, very clean, well decorated and the view was spectacular! Before I list the negatives, anyone should know, it should not stop you from renting this amazing property. Just keep these things in mind to be prepared. We flew into Phoenix mid-week and took the shuttle down. There were delays and we didn't get into town until 5. We had no idea the office closed at 5 until we tried to call to let them know we were on the way. All the paperwork just says check in is at 4 p.m. There was an after hours emergency number for Oceana which nobody answered. Nobody from the office called us to say "hey we close at 5 and you haven't checked in yet. Where are you?" When we got to the office it was all locked up and the key to property was in an envelope taped to the window of the rental company. I'm not sure what we would have done if the key had not been there. It isn't like there are Holiday Inns for emergencies. We basically would have been stranded if someone else had taken the key. Just bad customer service. The kitchen for Ole had everything you could need except something to wash the dishes. We ended up using a dish towel. The pictures for this property gave the impression it is on the end of the row. It was actually between two other properties (the picture of the deck on this page is not the deck for Ole). We were nervous at first, because in the property to the left was a very large family vacationing (easily 15 people) and we were worried about noise. The decks are right next to each other so whatever your neighbor is doing, you will be right there in the midst. It turned out to be a non issue because the large group left our second day there, but you should be aware of it. The buildings are solid and we could not hear a thing from the neighbors inside. Outside, the waves crashing handled most of the noise. If staying in Las Conchas, you should have a car otherwise you have to rely on taxis which can be a little problematic. Make sure you call Pete's Tamales. We ordered tamales and breakfast burritos from him and he also did a grocery run for us a couple of times. Well worth the money. All kinds of vendors come along the beach to sell you things. We bought jewelry and drinks! We were three adults in the property. It could easily handle three couples. Two full baths and a half bathroom. The deck is lovely with ceiling fans and lighting for the evening. It's a beautiful property. Oh and the beds are so so comfortable.

Filled with modern touches, well appointed, clean, charming and a great beach front place to call home. True to photos and description. Great communication with host/mgmt company. Great place. Would rent here again in a heartbeat!
