Once you have been to La Casita Bonita Del Mar you will want to return!
This is a Private Home Not a Condo! You have privacy on the patio!
It is located just inside of Beautiful Las Conchas, a premier residential community with the most Beautiful, Peaceful, Quiet and Not Crowded Beaches, Very Relaxing!
Just minutes (5) to downtown Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point).
This is a cozy Two-Bedroom Beach Bungalow (single level-Home).
The Casita is on the Second Tier yet just 50 feet from The Beach with The Beach Access Walkway Right in Front of The Home. Beach Access is slightly uneven to the stairs (12 steps) then you will be on the Beach!
Relax on the private front patio with the sounds of the ocean or go down on the beach and enjoy the warm Mexican sun.
Grill some fresh catch on the Barbecue Grill, or fresh Shrimp that you have purchased.
Two Large Master Bedrooms w/Master Baths, both bedrooms has NEW comfortable California King Beds, One fold out foam twin chair bed that sleeps 1 child.
Casita sleeps 4 Adults and 1 child.
High-Speed WiFi through out.
Large open private patio area.
Fenced in Backyard.
Lots of Parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster.
Pets are Always Welcome!

Cute Beach Getaway

Clean and quaint place. So close to the water and has everything you need. Perfect for 2-4 people. Very clean. Only issue we had was that Google maps didn’t take us to the property when we input the address but the host gave us turn by turn directions that were perfect.

We absolutely loved this rental. Not only is it pet-friendly and clean, but had everything we needed. It is walking distance from the beach and you do still get an ocean view.

Amazing!

This place has it all! Full kitchen stocked with blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc... Two master bedrooms, 2 grills on the patio, fenced in back yard, etc... We will be coming back! :) and short walk to the beach less than a minute to have toes in sand

Family at the Beach

Extended family and all the kids at big house close to me.18 + kids so I picked a close quiet get away. Was perfect, loved my morning walks on the beach and super easy no fuss. Thank you. I didn't interact with the manager only the landscaper that came by.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Felt very safe. Had security going around multiple times a day.

The gardener hooked us up with a cab driver, who took very good care of us the entire stay. Had no issues with anyone near the property. The cab driver even recommended local places that were very expensive instead of going to the tourist traps. Enjoyed my stay will be back.

Great location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beach bungalow. With young children, it's a task to lug everything to the beach, but this location is perfect because it is just a short walk to water. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed playing games on the patio. We would recommend this rental!

Relaxing and Peaceful

Property was as advertised. Ready to go and no issues or problems The house is nice and cozy Access to then playa was a little dicey because neighbor across the street under going renovations and some of the construction materials made it a little more tricky to maneuver but when no work going on it is very easy to get to the playa . I would not hold our owner at fault its just a temporary problem out of their control. Looking forward to another stay soon !

Spot On !!

The place was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. You can see the sea from your window, we had all of our meals on the patio enjoying every minute of it. We will definitely go back.
