Here you will find everything you need for your enjoyable vacation all nicely furnished and decorated. Beautiful kitchen. Nice dining area and living room with Flat Screen TV and views out to the sea through the large double glass doors. Large Master Bedroom with access to patio area. Hello! The condo itself is nice and clean. The pillows are old and need to be replaced. Very few towels were available in the bathroom la. The condo sleeps 6 people but there were only 4 towels available for a 3 day stay. There were no beach/pool towels available. I wish this was written on the list of amenities. If I would’ve known I would’ve taken my own towels. The neighbors complained 3 different times about noise. So that sucked. Especially because we were not being loud.

Unit 705E very outdated!!!

Let me just start by saying I’ve been going to Rocky Point for almost 20 years. I absolutely love the place. However, this is our first time staying at the Sonoran Spa we’ve always seen the Sonoran in Spa and it always appears that the grounds are very well kept and seemingly nice so we decided to try it out. The resort itself absolutely has the view that everyone goes down there for especially the condo We rented 705E. Now that being said, the check in was a breeze, but as soon as we got to the room, the second we open the door. It was very clear that this condo is extremely outdated. For example, the black leather couch was so worn out, that you could not comfortably sit on it. Not to mention in between the cracks of the couch was just full of disgusting garbage in the main living room the big screen TV did not work we called maintenance numerous times and after waiting for almost 3 1/2 hours He gets the TV working on an antenna that only has one English channel. Of course when you’re paying for a room you expect everything to work now moving into the master bedroom. The curtains were so small that they did not cover the windows so obviously, as soon as the sun comes up, it’s right in your face. And of course, it doesn’t stop there the master bed was so worn out that they put a foam topper on it but the linens is really well got me so old and worn out and stained disgusting. Needless to say I won’t be staying in this condo again unless it’s completely refreshed

At first glance it was very cute and clean. The views were amazing from our balcony. Had 2 bedrooms and 2 bath which was nice. Very quaint layout. Not everything was great. The dishwasher didn't stay closed. It would just open by itself. One bedroom, sheets were dirty, maybe spilled coffee? One toilet missing the chain so wouldn't flush. Screen door missing handle, coffee pot leaked and no kitchen towels. Besides that, it was fine. Maintenance fixed the toilet, and got the dishwasher to stay closed, for a day. We bought paper towels. And got coffee from the store downstairs. Housecleaning removed the sheet. The resort itself was nice. The people at the front desk very accommodating and helpful. If attention was paid to some of the little things, it would have been perfect.

Best condo in Rocky Point!

This is a beautiful two bedroom condo, clear up on the seventh floor. That means outstanding sunsets and views for miles. The condo is remodeled and the beds are extremely comfortable. The are also a new washer and dryer. We’ve literally stayed at every resort in Rocky Point. We prefer this resort (Sonoran Spa) because it’s a bit quieter and there’s an outstanding restaurant onsite. The owner was very honest and has priced the unit very aggressively. Best deal in Rocky Point! We will be back!
