Main reason we picked this condo was for water slides for my kids. However main pool, kiddie pools pool and water slides they are out for repair, and from what I tell not a priority or on a hurry to fix. I communicated my frustration with the front desk about this and was told yeah a lot of people are upset. Asked if maybe there was discount or other way to compensate for issue and as told nope. Not a I am sorry.. how can I make this right type that I was expecting. If are hoping to use the 2 watersides , or going with kids and hoping to use this amenity, I would definitely call before booking.

The apartment was clean, the location was easy to find, personnel at reception was kind and helpful. The beach was close to our condo, we had a really good experience.

Las Palmas resort and pool were great. The condo I rented was not very clean. It says it sleeps 5, but the pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable.
