Comfortable, clean, and so nice! The lights on the balcony were out and need to be replaced. It was too dark out there to enjoy a meal on the balcony because I am visually impaired but we still enjoyed the balcony during the day. The condo has comfortable beds and a kitchen with plenty of kitchen items to cook a meal. Nice appliances and good quality linens. Staff at the resort are friendly, pool and grounds nicely kept, and easy, convenient access to a beautful beach. We had a great time!

Beautiful 2-bedroom condo, just steps away from the pool and beach! It was very spacious for 3 adults. Just a heads up that the master bedroom has a high bed. My fiance and i are both tall, so we liked it :) Balcony was enjoyable - lots of seating and perfect view of the water. We'd book again!

We had a great time. The place was perfect for a quick relaxing getaway. Great view. Loved that it had a bidet. Only thing we felt was missing were a few throw blankets for the cool evenings.

Condo was well laid out, plenty of room for 6 of us.. and right next to elevator
bunk room is great for families.. owner was fabulous with communication.. only in room improvement would be more towels.. First time at this sun property, no pool service and the way it’s laid out has odd access to beach no volleyball net, massages etc, you have to walk next door for these activities.. good for younger families we had teens so we missed some of these options..

Family vacation

We go to RP few times a year. We normally stay at Sonoran See as that has been our favorite place. This year prices were just way too much for 7 days and we decided to go with Spa. This condo had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great. The reason I did not give 5 stars is few minor things. Since condo sleeps 6 I think there should be a set of clean linen for the pull out sofa in the living room. My parents stayed with us 2 days and had to bring their own sheets. Living space needs better seating . One sofa and two chairs is not enough for 6 people. I know people go to spend time by the pool or beach but if you want to stay a bit inside its little hard. I would also suggest replacing sofa as it was not as comfy. One last thing, there were bugs all over the kitchen counters, I would recommend someone sprays for bugs. If you leave any food open I would recommend not to eat it. However these little things will not stop us for renting this place again. We have been coming to RP for 10 years and stayed at many different condos I do think we will be paying the price and staying in See for the future. The restaurant is open 7 days, has a net for volleyball. Our oldest plays so she likes to practice. Bar at the pool with food so just more things on hand.

The dishwasher needed directions. It did not work. The plunger was old and broke when used.

The guards were so strict. My son was laying out in patio in evening and had his music in very lightly , but got in trouble with guard bc on past 10pm. We understand rules, but we are paying for vacation too. Little crazy
