Rooms small but bed very comfortable. Shower excellent. Double sinks. Balcony. Safe. Food at restaurant not best. More options needed.

Too crowded for me , food was ok . I think they should have better dinner options . It was ok , not bad . But overall the service was great .

This property states it’s all inclusive but the food here is beyond limited, there were about 100 of us and although we ate a few moments later we were visiting the restrooms. The drinks are made with pure cane sugar and were entirely too sweet. There’s a mini bar on the beach where we were eating French fries daily. The rooms had flooding from the neighbor showers and room service cleaned the room but did not replace the towels. There’s a lot of cracks in the ground so wearing heels for an event was torture. I would never go back here. The beach was filled with seaweed because it’s the time of year for that but save ya money yall! This place is cheap for a reason. An all inclusive place should have good food and drinks…the wedding party I was with were hungry. That’s horrible! I stayed in the adults only building and it was a total inconvenience that the place the adults only jacuzzi nexts to the family pool and the adults only pool by the adults only building. The swimout rooms had tons of leaves and debris in it at ARRIVING. This place need an entire new management to turn things around cause this place is horrible

Staff was amazing and the property itself was well kept. The food was absolutely terrible! It was terrible in the specialty restaurant as well as the buffet. Food wasn't hot in the buffet. Absolutely the worst food at any all inclusive place I've stayed at.
