The apartment is located half a block away from the beach. It is completely renovated with all the comforts of home. The apartment is located on the first floor and it includes a parking space. It is a 3 bedroom with 3.5 bathrooms and all rooms have AC. The kitchen is fully stocked from coffee maker, microwave, waffle maker, and plenty of dish wears. Each bedroom has a tv and private bathroom and the living room has a huge flat screen tv. Private community with great security.

Very Cosy spacious and secure

Communication from beginning to end was great. The host and Roger, who you meet to get the keys and setup, were great and very friendly and helpful. Check out was guick and easy. Would stay there again.

Our stay was enjoyable. Iris was one of the most gracious hosts I’ve encountered. The apartment was well decorated and stocked with lots of necessary amenities. You could walk to the beach in a couple of minutes.

Fascinating

It was a wonderful place to stay! Beach is beautiful and two minutes walk from apartment. Area is peaceful and quiet! Overall safe place to stay with kids and family! Roger was extremely heartwarming and very welcoming!! Love his promptness and his willingness to suggest areas for exploring and dining!! 21/2 month holiday

Had problems the first weeks as the cable TV was not working
Internet was sporadic..Finally after 3 weeks it was finally rectified. The safe was not working , had to hide my money at different places. There was not lamps in the rooms or living room just the overhead lighting. No hot water in one of the bedroom shower. Other than that there plenty of dishes and glasses, pots and pans. The towels could need upgrading as they are old and spot by bleach.
