Fantastic choice!
Great location in a nice modern building. Walking distance to everything.
The studio was clean and comfortable and well appointed.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
If youâre wavering on where to stay, choose this place you wonât be disappointed.
The place is really good, clean, perfect location, friendly staff, and fair negotiation. Did I mention that itâs clean? Itâs really clean!!
Most of the reviews complaining about the noise. There are 2 sets of units in this building. The front ones on the street might catch more noise. But mine was in the back and you barely can hear it.
The only con was the pool. A little too cold. The water honestly was freezing. And I thought I was the only one. Other neighbors were sunbathing and told me the same thing. But who cares about that pool when the beach is down the road.
I will make sure to stay there again next time.
I booked a room in front, loads of sunshine. The room was nicely appointed, comfy bed, big shower. The kitchenette was nearly as large as mine in my apartment. Only lacked an electric kettle. But they did provide a coffe machine with coffee.
Staff were very responsive when I messed up programming the safe. My fault for not reading the instructions provided. I will blame Jet lag.
I will certainly book them next year.
We had to leave the day after we arrived. Nobody was there. No reception. No employees. The noise was extremely loud -music- screaming all night till 4AM then traffic noise of the street. We had to go somewhere else and a guy named Raul phoned us saying you have to pay the night. The point is that we still have not been able to reach Hotels.com and paid an enormous amount for that hotel for 6 nights. The zona romantica in Puerto Vallarta is the Gay zone and we do not mind but parties go on 24 hours a day. Raul who supposedly takes care of that hotel was never to be seen.Never reimbursed 4 nights we asked for .
