Enjoy a long balcony with views of the town and partial views of the beach in the distance. The interior exudes Mexican rustic home decor throughout, which blends perfectly with the modernity of the on-site amenities and appliances. Lounge on the living room sofa while the lively sounds of the Malecon drift in on ocean breezes through open glass sliders.

The chef of the group can prepare delicious meals and snacks (or 'bocadillos') for the group in the conveniently-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). Find everything needed to try your hand at any Mexican recipe. The dining table seats four comfortably. Each bedroom has balcony access and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. A space heater and partial air-conditioning are provided.

Head to the rooftop deck for sunsets and happy hours while enjoying sweeping views of Banderas Bay. When you're ready to explore, join the fun downstairs with endless shopping, dining, and nightlife entertainment in either direction.

The check in was horrible I never got an email I was not told where lock boxes were on the very dark lobby. Took over an hour and half to figure it out with zero help from hosts until after we got in. I was then never told about the 2 nd lock box for the outside gate

Great location if you are planning to party

This property is situated in the heart of the nightlife area, with restaurants, bars, and the malecón within walking distance. However, it should be noted that the noise level can be quite high during the night because one of the bedrooms faces a main road, which can be somewhat annoying due to the early morning traffic noise. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you are planning to visit bars and restaurants

Fun and Friends in PV

There was an inaccuracy in the directions to access the building, but after we got inside everything was great. The best band in PV plays in the bar/restaurant downstairs. The location was perfect. Some noise from late night partiers and nearby streets, but after a couple nights we could sleep through it.

Location!

Place is located in the best spot for accessibility. Walked to everything. $3 Uber to Cochas Chinas. Not a knock, but it is very load at night. Was warned ahead of time by property manager so it wasn’t a surprise. For us, it was worth the trade for the amazing views from the rooftop and walking 10 steps to the Melacon

Needs updating

Although we enjoyed the location on the Malecon, the accommodations was less than optimum. There were spaces in the sliding doors leaving security to be questioned. The mattress cover on one of the beds had a blood stain. Not sound proof.
